Viewpoint Restaurant and Lounge

Veronica was amazing, I was there for hours waiting for my flight, she was busy keeping everyone happy, she has a great personality and treats customers right. I'll definitely be back.

Waitress was excellent although she was serving the entire restaurant solo and was getting grief from a disgruntled kitchen staff member. Food was good for airport food and service was prompt, the cost was what you’d expect for quality of the food. Hopefully the waitress gets some better kitchen staff that isn’t using profanity and yelling to the point we could hear it from across the restaurant.

Very bad service only ordered coffee
Waited 15 minutes for waitress to bring the cream and surgar and spoons .. by then coffee was COLD .. waitress very very rude said she had others to serve.

My husband loves Monte Cristo sandwiches and he said this is the best he had had in Grande Prairie - and he tries them everywhere!

Great spot to stop if you are at the airport. (Actually the only place.) The food is better than expected. The drinks are reasonable. The service staff is fantastic, specifically Karley. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of

Was gonna eat in town before coming to the airport thinking there wasn’t more than vending machines. Boy was I flat wrong. Had a burger the staff recommended and it was the best food I have eaten in GP all week. Hot, fresh, customized just the way I asked for it to be. The fries were crispy, drinks perfect. Quiet and calm environment with a stellar view, was even able to get some work done. I highly recommend the Viewpoint if your just hungry from 8a-8p, I bet the breakfasts are killer!

I travel through this airport every 2 weeks and eat here every time.
I have to say that I haven't never had a bad meal.
The staff are all very friendly.
service is fast and the tables are always clean.
been foing this for the past 15 months for work.

Honestly I don't complain or ever leave reviews but this place was the worst experience I ever had i was there for 4 hours not one person came to my table the entire time I had to go to front desk every time I wanted another drink and I was the only one there if not there was 1 other person food was unbelievably bad and undercooked and just no hospitality at all

The only place at the GP airport to eat/drink.
It is a clean and quiet restaurant.

Food was great, fry’s were perfectly cooked and the meal was overall tasty. Service was excellent and she was very polite and attentive.
