I remember when I was down on my luck I would stop in and order a value meal which was all I could afford. They treated me with the most respect. Very well mannered employees. Their menue is very reasonable for any amount of luck you have.

Foods ok but seems every time I go now prices have gone up. I dont think it's normal to raise prices 3 times in 3 weeks but I will have to scrutinize the prices extra hard in the future.

Went to the window. Had to repeat myself multiple times because they were too busy talking to each other and not paying attention and then when I got to the window I was trying to talk to the guy and he didn't even look at me just looking at the computer screen grabs me. My food turns around and walks away

My husband and I went through drive thru tonight and the staff taking out order was very rude.She had to ask us multiple times what our order was, muted us and then asked again. Seemed very frustrated and angry. She rushed is through our order and then got it wrong. Didn't listen and almost overcharged us until I made sure to repeat and clarify and the window where I was then snapped at. Not my fault she didn't do her job right, I used to work for this company. I know they can do better. I like the other location better.

The crew are not coordinating with each other, and they are not checking that they have all the items ordered. Nor are they checking the quality of the items being served. This is the worst location on Grande Prairie. I cannot recommend visiting this restaurant.
