Arguing with me to get more order right, felt to uncomfortable to stay and eat

My husband and I went through drive thru tonight and the staff taking out order was very rude.She had to ask us multiple times what our order was, muted us and then asked again. Seemed very frustrated and angry. She rushed is through our order and then got it wrong. Didn't listen and almost overcharged us until I made sure to repeat and clarify and the window where I was then snapped at. Not my fault she didn't do her job right, I used to work for this company. I know they can do better. I like the other location better.

Fries were undercooked. Ordered gravy with my meal, never got it. Underwhelming meal and service.

The crew are not coordinating with each other, and they are not checking that they have all the items ordered. Nor are they checking the quality of the items being served. This is the worst location on Grande Prairie. I cannot recommend visiting this restaurant.

Got one of the new mushroom burgers it was 10$ and was missing half the burger patty

Cheese sauce tastes watered down at this location. It’s like they’re trying to stretch the pot by adding more water. Super runny too, just falls right off the French fries.
Supposed to be open till 1am but closed at 11:20, both locations on 100 st.

Well, their summer strawberry lemonade is so dang good, I drank it before managing to get a photo, but I went back a second time and snarred one for the road home and posted a pic for you!! Super refreshing, especially on these hot, hot days of the summer we are having in Grande Prairie! Go get yourself one! Super thirst quenching! ?

Parking: Easy access off 100th Street or Avenue!
