I should read folks reviews before ordering!rude pplOrdered online skip got the burger patty overcooked old and coldFries I threw them once I opened the package,older than burger.this happened for 3rd times despite I mentioned on my order!Called the restaurant to get 2 different persons 1girl who hangs up the phone and a rude supervisor, her name amandeep i think,who told me laughing" next time will make better".My bad!that's my fault guys!I ordered from you!

Tried to go here at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday and the doors were locked even though it said the hours were until 10:30. The drive thru was backed up with vehicles but not one moved for a good 6 or 7 minutes. Then I left. No signs or nothing as to why they were locked up.

My guy stopped to pick up a burger for himself and a chicken sandwich for me on his way home. I asked for no pickles and no tomatoes. This is the only piece of lettuce I got on my sandwich. Yeah.....not very appetizing. Not coming back again.

WORST LOCATION... EVERYTIME my family goes there its horrible. Why dont they give ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. first off one visit had a RAW burger and she didnt want to make a new one.... 2nd time forgot one person in my familys meal told us on phone no i check bag well one person watched evrryone else eat. You have a horrible establishment and your staff is the problem. Ive been in Customer service for almost 20 years and i would NEVER treat people the way your staff does. I will NEVER go back tonight was it when they shoved the food out the window slammed window. Wanted ketchup but no one even acknowledged the window... unbelievable.

Went in to and ordered to go, got 2 junior bacon cheese burgers, med fries and poutine. Poutine sucked not enough gravy at all, the medium fries were half empty more like a small. The buns were hard on the bottom and crumbled tops, very dry. Bacon was hard couldn’t even chew it. Worst meal ever, horrible. If I wasn’t already home, I would go back.

My boyfriend & I ordered from Skip & we were missing something that we ordered & I was about to ask them to put it in our order today & asked if they do DoorDash & she said that is a different location & she said ok bye now & hungup before I could even ask for that item for the next time we order or if we come in. & I also believe that this is the location that has made my order wrong multiple times. My wraps were suppose to be well wraps & I was given basically just lettuce in a burger wrapper & then the next time they gave me two chicken burgers in replace of the wraps because they got confused. The customer service & their lack of understand is horrible.

Picked up meal from the drive through and ate in adjoining parking lot. Food tasted a bit off, fries tasted like potatoes were bad. Bacon cheeseburger tasted was off, perhaps bacon was bad? Only ate half meal and through it out. Later that afternoon, not sure it was coincidentally but I had several bowl movements

I bug these guys for coffee all the time even tho they dont promote coffee, they put a pot on for me late night often ? dam good coffee and friendly people tho.

service was non existent once we ordered. the ice machine was broken and we waited 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were waiting (I checked, dont worry). Then when we finally got our food, we didnt get what we ordered. cue waiting again to get the exact same burgers that I had just given back to them to remake. what a joke

Terrible customer service, staff cannot answer a simple question about what size is written on the menu that is included in the combo. Lady at the speaker Tells you medium but gives you small so you are confused then argues with you like you can’t afford to pay an extra 0.40 for a bigger size when that’s not the issue the issue is I asked a question in order to not have to go through this.Then they completely mess up what you order and when you call in to tell about an issue and you are trying to talk through their conversation with others around them, get handed off to different people still thinking you are talking to the first and have to explain what happened multiple times until you get frustrated and have no patience.
