I read reviews that many customers had bad service or experiences from this branch.
I just had to pass by to run an errand that way.
So I decided to stop by there. This Tim Hortons branch is on the main road and easy to see. The place is open and airy, so I went in to order coffee with Timbit.
I waited a long time. There was only 1 customer before me. There was 1 male employee, 3 female employees, and inside, I could understand why many customers complained...

I have been to this location a dozen times now. Their drive-thru is difficult to communicate through the speaker, no matter how loudly you speak. The drive-thru at all Tim's in Canada have really slowed down with the entry of new food menu items, rice bowls and pizza especially, but even when only drinks are ordered it's a 10 minute wait on a good day, but can be 15 or longer on a bad day.
