Stopped by for lunch with the team. Plenty of seating for groups, lots of TVs to watch sports and VLTs. The food was pretty good. I had the Hot Hamburger with fries. The fries were great, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The gravy on Hot Hamburger was great. Lots of flavour, thick and not overly salty. I really like the Leaf! It has really good pub food. There are not many places to eat in Hardisty but I'm super happy the leaf is there. I have enjoyed everything I have eaten and the servers are friendly and welcoming.

I can see why the locals like this place. As I work at all the hospitals northern alberta. While I was doing job in Hardisty. I asked a couple lady's where good to go. They mentioned The Leaf. Glad I tried it, the burger and fries were great. I'd say an empty plate bake is good.
