“Years ago it was snowing so bad and dark out I parked the big truck in the IGA parking lot and walked over to the Cozy Corner. Had some nice food, couple drinks. Was only myself and 2 or 3 other patrons. In comes these 2 fellas, sit next to me. Not friendly. I’m just a fat old lazy truck driver, not real rough and tough. I was all finished up, waiting for my bill. The two ruffians went out front to smoke and my server led me out the back and I was able to avoid trouble. Bless her heart I’ll never forget that act of kindness.“
