What's to say it A&W,it's still the same washroom,serving counter&table,chairs are changed a while back. Every other A&W,is the same look,lol. The atmosphere is OK,or people might not sit in these places. Considering hard chairs but ok,for sitting 1or2 cups of coffee.lol.

i was passing through hinton on my way to jasper and this place was the first i saw erika at the front counter gave wonderful service and suggestions when i couldn’t decide what to get even though they were busy and she ensured me my food would be fresh and she brought me my food to the table when it was ready the dining room was clean even though they were busy too if i am passing by again i will certainly stop by and recommend to my friends passing through as erika gave wonderful service and every restaurant should have someone as kind and considerate as her

Possibly one of the best A&W locations in Alberta! Going there never dissaponts. The employees always give great customer service and are always super friendly. Their fries are always fresh, hot and crispy. The burgers here are delicious, all the vegetables are always so fresh! Both the owner and the manager are really sweet, and they are always willing to help if there's something wrong. I just genuinely love this location so much, if you're passing hinton make sure to stop here!
