Omg!!! Cannot recommend big bird enough!!! We had them cater our wedding recently and it was the best decision ever. The food was 11/10 and all of our guests couldn't stop raving about how good it was! Would recommend them to anyone 😁

We had the BB cuban and it was the best Cuban sandwich we’ve had. Definitely would recommend trying out their food! Meats were top notch and the owner was super friendly

Was in Hinton for multiple days and could not find the truck. We really wanted to try the food but unfortunately could not. My issue was that there was no way to tell when or if the truck was open (we were there during their hour of operation multiple times). I checked their site and Facebook thoroughly and even asked the Hinton info centre to make sure we were in the right spot. We also called and got no answer. Hoping to get to try this place eventually still and change my review.Edit: I meant to leave a neutral review, but the response from the owner was very unprofessional. Take some responsibility for your business practices, reviews are easy to change but your conduct will lose you alot of customers. I still wish them the best of luck in the future.
