Male Supervisor INDIAN at evening doesnt know customer service, dont greet not even minding customer come and going inside and even in front of the till. roude to talk to and poor English grammar.. crew is not following basic safety protocol such as: dont wear gloves wearing jewelries on duty such as watch, earrings, bracelets not tying or even wear a hairnet Male crew not wearing bear net... Im not sure if DQ standards are like this on how to handle food but I know most of the food places here in Canada are not and very strick on food safety.

We literally had to wait for our order while the employee was on his phone. Incredibly rude, food was cold and not good by the time we got it. I’ll just go next door to McDonald’s next time.

Travelling on vacay and stopped for icecream as prices in Jasper are insane! Love the Peanut Buster Parfait. What’s even better is it is still served with a plastic red spoon!

I went to Dairy Queen yesterday and had a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They seem to be cutting corners on both quality and quantity. I ordered a Blizzard, but the cup was barely filled. What they show in pictures is full, but what I got was much less. It felt like a rip-off.

Walk in and hit with a sewer smell that fills the entire restaurant coming from the bathroom. Service is extremely slow even though the food gets microwaved. Nothing here is fresh. Even the ketchup in the dining room is no good, and it tastes and smells expires. I should have walked out after the smell of human feces. The only thing worse was the smell of ketchup from the self-serve station. Guess I'll find out in a couple hours if I'm going to have an unexpected diet as the rancid food races to get out of my body.

I couldn't believe how difficult it was for them to get the order right, even after we went over it multiple times. I clearly specified that a "plain cheeseburger" for my child meant just meat and cheese, with no other condiments. After a 20-minute wait, they still only gave us a bun with cheese and no burger. To make matters worse, the kids' cup had the wrong size lid, causing the iced tea to spill all over me. Waiting half an hour with only one vehicle ahead of me in the drive-thru is unacceptable, and I will never waste my time stopping there again while driving through Hinton.
