My wife and I enjoyed our last visit, The service and food was good. Missing the desserts that day from the menu :( for sure we will be back and try also the dessert this time, ice cream tempura sounds amazing ?.

Udon Soup was okay just not a fan of sweet soup. Maki combo was very small, just cucumber and rice, tuna fish and rice, taste was okay nothing special. Looks like Tip is mandatory at 18%, most restaurants starts at 15% and as soon as you enter there’s a note about tipping lol! I will try the other dish or somewhere else next time.

We come to Hinton for business 3-4 times a year. We tried this restaurant and it’s our go to place for a meal. We’ve done take out and dine in and each time we have enjoyed the food. Reasonable prices and great food along with friendly staff who let you take your time and enjoy yourselves. Regarding the “mandatory tip” comment… the POS device gives you an option for a custom amount so you’re not obliged to tip. But we have always been very happy with our dining experience and have no issues with tipping because…. We have never been disappointed in anything!!! We were there today and we will be back in the future!!!

Ordered and waited for an hour and a half and was called twice and told they do not have the ingredients for the dishes you would think that would only be one call was originally told 20 minutes for the order , do not order delivery as you will not got it, awful

Maybe I went to a different place than others have reviewed? Food was bland. Service was bland, atmosphere was bland. I have been here many times in years past and it was definitely decent. Maybe I just caught them on a bad night.
We came in right after a bus of 40, so we were happy they even took us in. Crystal was super hospitable and personable. Food is always so so good. Highly recommend. We always order everything.

We stopped here because it was convenient and it was well worth it!!! We ordered Udon soup with beef and it was delicious!!! Staff are super friendly and the place is really nicely setup and spotless. It’s not a fast food restaurant but a place that you feel comfortable and you can enjoy your meal. We will definitely be back again as we travel to Hinton on a regular basis for business.

Amazing as always! Delicious rainbow and caterpillar rolls! Chirashi is a must have as well as salmon sushi pizza! Owners are wonderful and delightful, just like their food! Take out is best and there are two tables with a few seats if you like to have a quick bite. Best sushi in Winnipeg for sure, and one of the best in Canada!

K&L is good small town sushi. We ordered Tray A, beware that it is a large amount of California rolls. They were tasty but we did not anticipate that 50% of the dish would be California rolls. The yam tempura rolls were delicious, very well done. Next time would consider ordering individual rolls to try new flavors. Sushi isn't quite up to big Town standards, but was still enjoyable.
