The whole restaurant has a fast food feel to it and the employees acted as if they worked at mcdonalds. The caecar salad was watery and bland. spaghetti was plopped on the plate with two meatballs that were cold and tasted like they had been frozen and sauce that tasted like a jar of ragu. Very bland. The salmon was also flavorless and was plated with a handfull of boiled carrots. All but one of the tvs had no service but were on. I wont be coming back or recommending this place.

I regularly head into BC from the Edmonton area, and stopping at Lu0026W on the way there (and back) is a must! Great food, great staff, great prices. The restaurant is always nicely kept and clean, inside and out. Also the location is good, easily accessible right along the highway.

Very welcoming service! When we were rudely turned away from Boston Pizza, L \\u0026 W accommodated our ringette team + families (around 40 people) with no problem. The food was amazing! Our family ended up ordering from them again before we left town. Will recommend to anyone passing through Hinton!

Would have been a lot better if the food was warm. My fish and chips were soggy and inedible. When calling to speak to Effie? They conveniently couldn't come to the phone and staff couldn't find them. This used to be a great place for dinner.. probably could still be but not today's order. Won't be ordering again. Too bad. Was a fav place at one point for my husband.

1st time there and had heard about it from other truck drivers. Stopped in and grabbed a lasagna and a pizza. Both were fantastic! Even the next day which is always a sign of good pizza for me. Next time I'll take the time to stay and dine in. PS: take cash if you wish to tip. There is no tip option on there debit machine.

For a small town, Lu0026W has a wide variety of offerings - pizza, souvlaki, fish u0026 chips, pasta dishes and more. Good value and you won't leave hungry. Lasagna was the favourite because of the large portion, crazy amount of cheese (lactose intolerant beware), and felt very homey. Meat lovers pizza, also great (also lactose intolerant beware). LOOKS like it's just ham but there is more beneath the surface. Fish u0026 Chips looks exactly how it tastes though. Cozy ambiance. Order at the counter, pick your seat, and wait for your number to be called. Nice view of the sunset too.

LOVE this place!!! Staff very friendly, restaurant very clean and the food is fantastic!!! I’m a trucker and it’s important to me that I get what I pay for, to be treated well by staff and that it’s clean. There is plenty of parking for the trucks out front. The service is fast and DELICIOUS!!! If you haven’t been here you gotta try it!!!! Thank you for having such an awesome place!!!!!

This restaurant is always a great choice when passing through Hinton or making it your chosen destination. The menu has a variety of options for every taste. Pizza is consistently excellent and every meal is made to order. You won't be disappointed.
The elderly gentleman behind the counter needed to go to bed or perhaps a hug and a cozy chair. Food was decent and it's nice inside and out. From the outside I did not realize you order and pay before you sit down like a cafeteria

Excellent family restaurant. All of their dishes are reasonably priced. Highly recommend the Lu0026W special pizza, tons of cheese and really well made! I also like the model of taking the food from the counter yourself. It saves you a few bucks as tipping is not necessary. Staff were very helpful as well. Definitely stop by if you are in Hinton.

This place is amazing value! Their daily special was great, we got the club hour and hot beef sandwich. It came with soup and choice of sides. The poutine and fries here were great. Just amazing value! Our whole meal was $25 for 2 people

We have visited this restaurant numerous times over the past several years. Although it’s a self-serve restaurant, it doesn’t matter because the food is still among the best Greek food in Alberta. The pizza here is like no other in many provinces, and it’s been consistently high in quality. It would be great if they offered a chicken souvlaki, rice or lemon roasted potato and salad option, rather than only fries, but everything on their menu is fabulous. Great place to eat, great value too.
