it is McDonald's and definitely the same old stuff. the kids liked it for a change and that is what they chose. the place was clean, staff were friendly. I personally find the food kinda bland, but it is fast food on a roadtrip so it worked well.

I never usually eat at McDonald’s but I wanted to try their double cheesy melt. Lady taking our drive thru order was rushing us and not hearing what we were saying. They forgot our straws. And then I got food poisoning from the double cheesy melt and had to go to the hospital as I couldn’t keep meds or water down. Do not recommend this place. Clearly unsanitary if I’m getting food poisoning. Never had food poisoning before and it was brutal.

5am today my husband said best breakfast sandwich he has had from McDonald's (getting a break from a 50 day stint) and thats saying alot! I had a hashbrown and it was absolutely perfection good job night guys!!!

if you love cold fries after a long day of driving make sure you stop at this McDonald’s.
admittedly they were fast with the food we ordered however, no wonder: the fries were probably ready 20min before hand.

Ordered Cheesy Melt thru online, I customized my burger with 1 patty only. And they gave me non, I tried calling the store 6 times but crazily no one is answering.
I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I experienced during a recent visit to one of your McDonald’s locations.
My order was initially placed as drive-thru pickup; however, I requested to pick it up inside the restaurant instead. Despite this being a simple request, the staff made it unnecessarily difficult for me to receive my order solely because it had originally been marked as drive-thru pickup.
The situation could have been handled easily and professionally, yet the staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful throughout the interaction. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and left me very disappointed with the level of service provided.
I expect better customer service from McDonald’s and hope this matter will be addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.

There was no resolution to the problem. Just blamed the customer for their screwup!
Went there for a quick bit to eat on our way to jasper. Order 2 meals and 2 burgers. Took them 10 minutes to get us through the drive through only for them to not give us the receipts and for them to give us the wrong food. So we went in to try and get the correct food. Their answer was ‘well it was punched in as a Cheeseburger not a Bacon Double Cheeseburger and because you are holding it we can’t take it back.’

I was just literally at the drive thru window trying to redeem my points for a coffee being I have over 12.000 points and was told I couldn't redeem my points so I asked to talk to a manager also was told none were available whats the point in having a points card to redeem points especially when I drove half hour I also called and Noone answered be nice if a manager contacted me if this is the case I think ill definitely go else where
