This location of McDonalds is horrible. I am a huge McDonalds fan, and will take anything from there. So it speaks a lot for me to be leaving this kind of review. Their service quality was disappointing; the workers could hardly speak English and were miserable with their lives. The food is slapped together: 0 salt on the fries any time I went, and they didn’t even try to blend the mcflurry.

Used a coupon for 2 burgers for 10$ they had the top burger in the bag made normally the bottom one had no cheese on-top the quarter pounder and half slice only on the bottom…I’ve had many horrible experiences here !

This is pathetic. I just wanted to order coffee but there machine was not functioning, so I was asked to visit again after 2 hours , what makes this worse is I went there and still they were clueless about brewing machine.

We had a disappointing experience at this location. Certain members of my family were treated noticeably differently at the counter, and the staff’s tone changed depending on who was ordering. My family is from out of province and were shocked to see this kind of behaviour from a McDonald’s of all places…
This is one of the most friendly McDonald's restaurants I've ever visited. The male staff at the round was the best!

I understand that making an order near 10pm isn’t the greatest… however, this McDonald’s is a 24/7 operation. I went inside and used the computer ordering system, I chose a strawberry milkshake as the drink but was given a strawberry banana smoothie… not sure how that happens? I did not request no cheese on both quarter pounders that I ordered yet both were labeled as “no cheese”. McDonald’s is becoming less and less preferable even when in a time pinch due to the lack of care and service. I live 2 hours from this particular store and decided to stop in before making the drive and unfortunately was met with this disappointing order. Getting very tired of how this franchise is being destroyed. Computer error, human error… it’s deplorable.

Don't answer their phones, not open 24hrs .. I've tried over a dozen times, in the 18days I've been in town, to contact them over phone, and as well use the drive through after work. No answer, and pylons closing the drive-thru. Every single time

Yeahhh classic Mc...no ice cream machine ever works at the night and the very next day on the morning it starts running again!🤣 dont even bother asking or looking at the menu for ice cream at night!
