The lady shift manager is arrogant and doesnt know how to deal with customer!!! I made a mistake on my order online and she just said that there’s no way she can refund us because it was our mistake in ordering it online!!! Then the guy shift manager step up and did the refund for is!

You have to check the order every time even if it’s 1 meal. Always something is missing with the order.No acknowledgment with the staff when handling and calling out order number and place the food on the top and then turn their back.

It is 12:35 am and I drove up to this McDonalds for a Big Mac combo. The lady working the overnight shift told me to wait 3 minutes. I didnt mind, and turns out she prepared a freshly cooked Big Mac AND fresh fries. I was so thankful for the fresh food. She didnt give me a receipt otherwise I would have sent head office a glowing review!
