Their page says opened till 12, we placed an order at 9:58 and got a receipt saying our orders been received and will be ready by 1028. We drove out, and find out they closed early! No notification, update or anything. Then I message on their page, and they say it was a typo! Really horrible experience and disappointed in their service. We drove from edmonton… hoping to grab dinner here, and unfortunately all other places are closed too.They did promise a meal free next time we visit so will see. Still unfortunate and super annoying.

I don't usually complain but we have roughly 10 pizza joints in town. If I'm paying 20 dollars for a medium pizza I'd hope to get a decent ammount of topings. As you can see there's mushrooms olives, chicken breast and feta cheese. They maybe used 3 mushrooms and like a quarter of a chicken breast. I just feel ripped off is all lol

Decided to try this place based on reviews and pics online. What a waste of a meal. Worst pizza I have ever had. About as thick as 2 credit cards with hardly any toppings. On a large it had 8 small round pieces of pepperoni. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you want pizza. Go to Gus’s Pizza or L&W…anywhere but here. What a disappointment.

Ordered one of your deals, two medium pizzas, wings plus 2L pop.... pickup. They didn't have wings, you give us a medium pizza as a substitution.. it was cold and it looked like it was someone else pizza. Always... you had no pop. We had to get our pop at the circle k.I was not impressed at all.I will NEVER eat at this place every again$50 wasted!!!!!!

Best tasting pizza in Hinton! The slices are big and filling. The Crust is baked to the perfect crispness and the sauce is really good. Don’t forget to try the cactus cut potatoes either. Highly recommend dining here if you’re visiting Hinton or Jasper.

The best pizza we ever had in (City)!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many flavor could choose that we even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day on the way to Jasper and at night when we stayed in Hinton. They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. I liked dining here. Beer was super good. They have mild flavor to an intense bold taste.Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean.Sorry, couldn’t take some pictures as the entire group was so hungry ?

Kids were craving for pizza and we, staying in Hinton, did not particularly look forward to the crazy parking situation in Jasper - so here we were.Our server, Sivi, was awesome. The menu is very different from regular pizza chains - thanks to the Indian ownership. Aside from the usual fare, they had options like Punjabi chicken pizza, Gujrati pizza, Shahi Paneer pizza, and samosa - poutine, among many others. There’s also a build-your-own with unlimited toppings.I went with an Indian filter coffee and a Donair in a wrap, and both of them were spot on.Would love to visit again if we can!

Always a delight coming here! The staff is always friendly, the prices are amazing! The wait time is not unreasonable considering they hand toss the dough and use an authentic pizza oven (which takes time to cook). I love their wings! Best thing on the menu I my opinion

I am new to Hinton (beautiful town) and I wanted to try Butter Chicken Pizza and wings from Pizza Palace as I heard great reviews from my friends and online posts. I want to share that it was one of the most delicious and fresh Pizza I have ever tasted and the name says it all, this is a palace of Pizza. Also I ordered salt and pepper wings, just to the right flavor, crispy and right temperature. Pizza Palace, here we come to explore more mouthwatering cuisine. I will highly highly recommend this place with great welcoming staff members. You will find a very patient, professional crew members and are ready to serve the mouth tempting most flavorful food.I have also attached few clicks from my experience for the reference.Thank you team for making our dinner date so perfect with your Pizza Palace flavors.
We ate here with a group of 10. And the food was absolutely amazing. We tried The Gujarati pizza and tandoori pizza, It was absolutely amazing. We even ate the left overs cold the next morning and it tasted amazing. The guys working there are super friendly. Highly recommend to ditch the regular pizza places and come here for a twist!

Looks like your average pizza place but turns out to be a hidden gem. I will be back and glad to see they have an Edmonton location. I tried their butter chicken pizza - 4.5/5. Then their Chefs Special Chicken Pizza which was even better 5/5. The twist on traditional pizza is exactly what I want when trying a new spot. The crust was also a major feature in these two rankings. It took a bit to make, but was worth the wait. Highly suggest checking this place out.Service was A+Atmosphere B-, they are very new to their space so we will give them a pass. So much potential.

We had a couple of encounters with this place and they do make decent pizzas. But the last time we bought pizza from here the sauce tasted very weird. Seems like the quality of pizza is going down. I would highly recommend to take care of their pizzas as we want to support local business. Thought of reporting it to the owner, so that he/she can figure out where they are going wrong.

The place is amazing. It has Gourmet Pizzas with Indian styles. The most authentic Indian flavors you will ever find at a pizza place. Being from New York, we are spoiled for pizza choices but this place is by far one of the best. Try their potato cactus cuts as well. It has a nice spicy flavor to it.
