They delivered the completely wrong order from what I paid for. When I called them to let them know, they said they were going to send my order right away. After 40 mins I called them back to see where it was. They told me it wasn’t coming and to eat what they mistakenly sent me instead. Despite the fact I did not want it at all. I complained online and was met with disrespect and insults. Then, aster months, I received an online message asking for proof of purchase so they could compensate me. After I sent it to them, they ghosted me and just blocked me from their FB page. Terrible customer service and complete unprofessionalism. Do not eat from any Red Swan Pizza!

Visiting from Calgary and tried Swan Pizza Hinton for the first time — amazing pizza and super friendly service! Definitely coming back next time I’m in town. 🍕

Really bad quality pizza. Please see the picture. Called the store to complaint. Not a single time i was told to offer to remake. Just kept telling me the cheese they received are bad quality

I have had this franchise's pizza before in calgary or other cities but a big KUDOS to the one who is managing this location.
The authenticity and flavour of pizza were awesome and the toppings were put very generously. Thinking it was saturday evening, though it was really busy, he treated us with a smile and made us two reall yummy delicious pizzas within reasonable amount of wait time.
People who are travelling to jasper and staying near or in hinton and craves to eat some good indian style or punjabi style pizzas, highly reccomand this place.
