Lounge was clean, nice, and bright. Service was excellent. My server, Lara, was friendly and very attentive to my order. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous.

The service was some what good waitress was very friendly but the food I would not feed to my dog! Me and my wife ordered a burger and fries which took 30 minutes to get when the food did come my wife’s burger was completely raw! Sent it back waited 20 minutes for the second one to show up and that one the patty was about 8inch thick and looked like a piece of road I paid for my meal and we walked out I highly would not recommend! Someone is going to get badly sick from that place!

Spent a night at Holiday Inn decided to eat in the lounge in the hotel. the Server was great very friendly and helpful. I ordered chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, they did not have Fettuccine and subbed offer was Penni or languini so chose languini. the meal was good expect the garlic toast was white sliced bread. My wife ordered fish and chips. Fish was not cooked was partly raw so returned it. we didnt get charged. again servcie was great food not so much, was the only people in the lounge on a Saturday night.

We received terrible service today at this restaurant. They ran out of everything, and notified us only after the meals were ordered, after we brought up the items were missing.Would not recommend this establishment to friends and family.

We just had our wedding reception in the banquet room below the Ruby, operated by the Ruby management and staff. They took such great care of us and made the whole process worry free! The care they put into helping us set up and accommodating us really showed! Highly suggest their venue!
