Having been a manager at a Starbucks in Victoria, I was shocked by the poor customer service, speed of production and general lethargy of all four employees and shift supervisor. Now my wife wanted an Oat milk something but the store was completely out of oat milk to the point they had signs on all the oat milk products which is kind of a huge failure but whatever. It should not take 10+ minutes to serve 3 people in a line and considering all I wanted was a coffee black. Lastly the face touching without washing hands after and the long hair not tied back. This is not the Starbucks experience I expect and I will not be back thankfully.

Even if you pre order on app they don’t start anything until you arrive, food usually cold by the time they get drinks made. drive thru is awful to get thru and they take one order at a time if the payment system is even working. need some mature staff to enforce some standards. expect to wait 15-20 for a drink or just go elsewhere. i understand once and a while having awful service. this is everytime.

There debit and credit machine is never working in the drive through. Every time we've been they mess up the order, even after clarifying what we've ordered. Poorly run, wont be going back there again. Not only did he give me grande when I ordered Venti he also gave my milk when I ordered oat milk (cant drink dairy) and he didn't given me the hazelnut syrup I ordered. If this was any other starbucks they would fix their mistake but their response was, well you only paid for grande. Thanks champ.

Drive thru card didn't work. Second time I went in there and there espresso machine is not working properly. I felt stupid for saying anything they said they could remake it but implied it's going to be the same. All I want is a good coffee. Live in a 5th wheel while husband works on the rigs out of town and we are winterizing the camper with a child. I got over to Tim Hortons and realize they jipped me about a dollar as well in return at Starbucks. Worst experience I've ever had to get a coffee.

I go almost everyday and everytime without fail it takes over 10 mintues to make my drink, it’s never what i order and the one worker never wears her hair up so i’ve been finding hairs in my drink. I’m very disappointed in this business as it is expensive and you’d think you’d get what you pay for but the service here is absolutely awful.

Bought a $8 w tip grande brown sugar strato. Wasnt made proper. Too much espresso and no cold foam. Not impressed. Im goin to leave cash tips from now on instead of ahead on my card. You want tips start making shit properly

Indicated what drink we wanted, lady repeated something different. Told her again and then got a grande instead of what I had ordered which was a tall. She offered to cancel the payment. We said don’t worry about it. Needs to be more attentive to drinks being ordered
