Got my usual grande chai tea latte with soy milk ! It smelled sour on the lid when I opened it up it was curdled and there was a small black thread in it ! Very disappointed! Probably used some old milk ! Not worth $7

Picked up a venti drink this morning and before I even tried a sip noticed the cup felt a little empty, took the lid off and was unpleasantly surprised. I don’t get drinks too often and I’m usually very happy with their service/products, over $7 for a cup that isn’t even full to a grande size when I asked for a venti is not good.

Awesome service from Sheldon today I mistakenly ordered my drink and forgot to ask for it iced and asked for it to just be poured in a cup with ice and he chose to just make me a new one :) it was so nice of him ?

Went to this location, on the app it said NO matcha for mobile order. Went in and ordered, was looking directly at containers full of matcha. Wouldn’t give us matcha.
Waited 30 MINUTES for a drink, and when we asked if they had started it yet, we were met with the RUDEST worker ever. Claiming that mobile orders are priority, even though the times and types are VISIBLE on all cups. We looked at these on all the cups that people HADN’T picked up yet, and told the worker that some were placed 5-15 minutes AFTER ours. She said again mobile orders are a priority, only 2 of the 7 waiting were mobile orders.
I told her all of this, and she was still the RUDEST person ever.
People who had ordered 2-4 people BEHIND us INSTORE were getting their drink(s), some had 2-3.
Overall TERRIBLE! Their machine wouldn’t work for a refund, so we got cash back.

Took 30 minutes in the drive thru and got the wrong coffees that we ordered, worker gave us attitude when we told her the order was wrong, slammed window shut once finishing our order as well, won’t be back.

This Starbucks never disappoints me. I wanted to customize my drink and BRENDEN was more than happy (willing) to make the special changes for my drink. I ordered a Matcha Pink Drink with coconut milk ? Trust me it tasted AMAZING !! Big thanks to BRENDEN for making this amazing drink. It looked same as the inspo picture.
