Indicated what drink we wanted, lady repeated something different. Told her again and then got a grande instead of what I had ordered which was a tall. She offered to cancel the payment. We said don’t worry about it. Needs to be more attentive to drinks being ordered

Got my usual grande chai tea latte with soy milk ! It smelled sour on the lid when I opened it up it was curdled and there was a small black thread in it ! Very disappointed! Probably used some old milk ! Not worth $7

Very polite staff But.. Ordered a HOT Mocha and CARAMEL MICATTO and neither close to hot! Very disappointed & on road so not turning back:(
This location has extremely good customer service. Staff is very polite. Especially the South Asian barista. Extremely polite and very respectful.

Picked up a venti drink this morning and before I even tried a sip noticed the cup felt a little empty, took the lid off and was unpleasantly surprised. I don’t get drinks too often and I’m usually very happy with their service/products, over $7 for a cup that isn’t even full to a grande size when I asked for a venti is not good.
