John and Sukhman were very friendly and helpful!
We stopped yesterday during a road trip(aug 10, around 6pm) and the people that were working were exceptional. My kid can't have any gluten, so obviously a place like subway is a risk, but we were floored by how seriously they took the allergy and how very careful and thorough they were with the precautions. We've never seen anything like it. Thank you so much.

Remember before Covid - 5 dollar foot longs....well that same sandwich over 10 dollars since 2020....there is no value and prices are too high....

Terrible service all around, between not having ingredients to just ignoring us while we’re taking to them trying to tell them what we wanted. They were very rude. Also watched multiple customers walk out and not order because of how little ingredients they actually had in store. Won’t be coming back here for a while hopefully something changes

One of the best ones I've been too. I had a bus load of baseball players and they were on our order very quickly. I'd definitely come back here again.

Ordered a meatball sub got home opened it up and absolutely no cheese on it !
Judging from the expression on the 2 servers I would get nowhere calling to complain and wasn’t interested in going all the way back to have a problem because I would ask them to fix what they didn’t put on lol. We definitely won’t be going back .

Attention Customer service and HR.
Today i was told by your worker (Sukam? Is how you spell it?) that i should have just asked for everything on my sub except for jalapenos. That would have not been so bad if he wasn't extremely rude about it. Secondly i have ordered my subs from subway exactly how i did today, for years! No one ever had a problem with it all these years except for him. He was also very annoyed if i asked for more of a specific ingredient. I have never had that problem at any subway I have ever been to and I travel often.
The new worker however was very polite, asked if I wanted more condiments: POLITELY. She had customer service skills her more seasoned coworker lacked greatly. Todays visit in Hinton was July 4, 2025, we paid at 5:32pm(17:32:57)
I had the pleasure of dining at this location last week. The food was truly outstanding my only issue is there is an exceptionally grumpy old woman that works there that is miserable to clients and staff alike.
The other staff are noticeably scared of her and it made for an uncomfortable experience 😥

I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received during our recent visit to Subway. While we were still eating dinner with our kids, an employee rudely told us to leave — even though we hadn’t finished our meal. His behavior was completely inappropriate, especially toward a family with young children.
There was no courtesy, no explanation, and absolutely no professionalism in how he spoke to us. We felt rushed, disrespected, and very uncomfortable. Dining out should be a pleasant experience, especially for families, but this visit left us upset and dissatisfied.
Subway really needs to train their staff better in customer service and basic manners. We won’t be returning to this location.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your Subway locations at Hinton . During my visit, I received very poor service and observed unacceptable behavior from a staff member. I would rate the experience 1 out of 5 due to the staff’s unprofessional and rude attitude toward customers.
As a loyal customer of Subway, I was surprised and disappointed by the way I was treated. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, which unfortunately was not the case during my visit.Name of person is sukhmaan.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

Very bad service. A guy name Sukhman may be, very rude and was rushing us to leave.

Great place to stop & grab a sub! Super clean, friendly, efficient. Lots of bread selection. Will return again next time we go thru Hinton.
Worst subway in Alberta… stale bread, workers are easily overwhelmed (completely botched my order because of lack of attention) and on top of that it will take 30-45 minutes just to get the sub. Standards for subway are not high but there are definitely no sandwich artists at this location judging by the past 3 times I’ve stopped here. Good luck!
