This restaurant is wonderful! Came to Hinton for a small wedding with a long wait between ceremony and reception and passed the time at The Blend. A very “new” feel to the restaurant inside and out, renovated and clean. Staff was welcoming and kind. Tried the calamari which was cooked perfect and flavourful. Their truffle fries are the best I’ve ever had 🤤 they make their sauces in-house and are generous with the parmesan. The cheeseburger is also big, juicy, and had a homemade, flavourful patty and fresh veggie toppings. Love The Blend!

we visited here in September while on vacation and tried several different dishes, all were delicious with lots of flavor! the cauliflower bites were a nice surprise, definitely not what I expected of cauliflower, a fried corn dish was another treat for the taste buds (my favorite appetizer), our main dishes, the steak was done to perfection and the pasta as well! lots of cocktails to choose from and mocktails as well (Mango Lassi was a hit, great for a designated driver) the atmosphere was very relaxed, I liked that it wasn't a sports bar but a nice welcoming restaurant where you can take the family or even have a romantic night for two! the staff were phenomenal! I highly recommend The Blend Kitchen and Bar!

Remarkably mediocre food, the service was nice enough but inconsistent.
The tracking and billing was atrocious, and being the last one to pay left me with $150 worth of items my colleagues had eaten (they had left prior to me paying for my food)
