We have been to the Blend about 6-7 times now and its always a delight. We absolutely love it! Highly recommend the mushroom risotto and bang bang shrimp 🍤.

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant that was still open after our time swimming at the Miette Hot Springs, and we wanted more than fast food for such a romantic weekend getaway, and fortunately, The Blend was still open. Despite being there when it was near closing, they greeted us with so much warmth and enthusiasm. We felt like VIPs. Their food looked just as good as it tasted. Hands down, we would come here again when we visit Hilton!

Mediocre Guidance
Beautiful ambiance and the cocktail & food menus are amazing. The Lemon Cheesecake Martini is unreal. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone in and around Hinton! The service was great, too, the head chef made us our drinks himself.

We had News Years Eve dinner there with our friends. Food and drinks were very good. Surprised with the large proportions with the New Year’s Eve special. Servers were very polite and efficient. My friend made reservations a while ago for and they do not have any record. Glad they had space for us.

Our family came for dinner here while staying at a local airbnb. Wish we lived here to enjoy this restaurant frequently. Great friendly service and great food, reasonaby priced. People of Hinton, you have a gem in your town, and surprised there were not more people enjoying it with us.
