Tim Hortons needs to do better. Should not be hiring staff who laugh in front of customer in insulting way. Even asking for 2 times to warm up pastry it was still cold.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I waited 15 minutes after placing a mobile order, and no one even acknowledged me or asked about my order. The morning staff needs serious improvement. I was here at 5:00 am today, and the customer service was extremely disappointing.

I go to this Tim Hortons every other day ordered a sandwich and a tea this lady (Jen) at the sandwich bar smacks my sandwich on the counter n says thank u in such a rude demeanour as if ordering an sandwich 5 in the morning 10/28/24 was a crime I can clearly see that she hated her job it’s appalling how rude this woman was when I told her that she should be more courteous towards customers because she is in a customer service industry and for sure I’ll talk to her manager she was like “I am just doing my job” woman if it is that bad quit..its sad that Hinton has only 2 Tim’s hopefully the other Tim Horton opens 24hrs soon I’ll definitely see if I can get in touch with ur cooperate head office soon this wasn’t the first time trust me..

I mobile ordered a coffee to pick up quick on my way through…. I stood and waited at the pick up area for a few minutes and noticed that there was nothing on the screen. They continued to take orders and send everybody else on their way. I mentioned it to the lady at the chill and she brushed me off so I went and stood back by the mobile order pick up eventually the same lady came by and asked what I was waiting for and I told her I had a mobile order. I’m guessing somebody cleared my order because she went and spoke to somebody else and they found my receipt all crumpled up. You guys should maybe read and confirm before you delete orders and crump up receipts
Made a mobile order to the wrong location and the lady there was so nice she just gave me an ice cap free of charge… they’re awesome

Whoever mainly works drive thru between 8-830 am never gives change back, I don’t care if it’s 5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, it isn’t yours to keep. Laughed in my face when I commented I guess I just don’t get my change back. Disgusting customer service.
