Feb 21,2026 10:35 am. The person taking orders via drive through had a huge attitude problem. She needs to get some mental health help before joining customer service again. The lady handling the orders had a smile though. I have millions of google review views and 99 percent with 5 stars reviews but unfortunately this place got a one star negative review. Could not help with that.

I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons! The service was excellent, and the staff truly made my visit special. One team member in particular,ELLA, went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, patient, and very attentive, making sure everything was just right with my order. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers. Was driving for work and asked for a dark roast 2 cream and 2 sweetner and i saw them punch it on the screen at drive thru. As you can see there is literally no cream. Just a black dark roast with 2 sweetener. It my mistake that i didn't take a look before driving off. But it would be much appreciated if employee listen to the customer and actually have a better peer to peer inside the workplace. So that any customer would miss out their morning coffee before work.

Just share my nice experience with this store. Awesome staff, very polite, clean restaurant and I always enjoyed my latte made with oat milk. Always come and grab myself food and drinks here.
I walked up to the drive-thru window the employee didn’t even notice me because he was busy looking at his phone. When he finally looked up, just pointed to a piece of paper taped to the window saying that walk-in customers are not served between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m. for “security reasons.” Security explanation doesn’t make much sense. This is a coffee shop, not a bank. I think drive-thru open to cars is bigger security risk than someone standing on foot. If someone intended to do something wrong, it would be much easier to leave quickly in a car than on foot.

This morning January 2 at 4:30 am on my way to work so I ordered 2 xl coffee's I asked for sleeves the older grumpy lady said I never asked fir sleeves so after paying I asked fir sleeves again she said I never asked for them but I did it's not my issue she never heard me asking for them so anyways again I asked she said you want sleeves go get it and she thru them out the window if that is how it is ill start going to McDonald's for my coffee maybe the lady had a bad day but still no excuse I had 3 others with me saying that is why they prefer going to the other location not right how I was treated

Its -18 , all i need coffee , i drive long haul, and now they don’t serve 12am -5 am . Ice on the road i dont feel safe but i drive . They are not on the road but they dont feel safe to serve from drive through window to truck driver. I can’t put my long haul truck in drive through so i have to walk but they don’t serve. Same time a car person can get his food. Not fare. Shame on you. I hope you get your delivery on cars as well. In covid people were thanking us and i worked the whole covid time. Now this. Shameless people.
