Washroom was filthy, took about 5 minutes to have service with no acknowledgement I was even there(6 staff, but all busy with drive thru service) and gave me the wrong kind of specialty cookie from what I had requested.

My visit to Tim Hortons in Hinton was a pleasant experience. I ordered my usual, a Farmer’s Sandwich and a medium coffee with a quarter hot water, and was pleased with the quality and service. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my order was prepared exactly as requested. The food was well-made, and the coffee was just right, showcasing the care and attention to detail that can make a routine meal special.

I go here every day pretty much for coffee and sometimes breakfast. Staff is always great, coffee is as expected more than 80% of the time however the food is pretty bad at night before 6am.
