About the food: the worst burger I had since I arrived in Canada. And I had a lot of them 😉
This one was without great taste and even the texture was mediocre. The bacon was tasteless, which might be a problem if the burger is called bacenator 😂
It seems like only a part of the soft drink options are really available.

I went through the drive through at 830pm, I wasn't even sure it was open even though it is suppose to be open until midnight.
My husband's burger and fries were tepid as was my potato.
I watched the worker throw our condiments napkins and knife and fork around.
Why is it prices have gone up and quality has gone down hill?

We arrived a minute before 10pm with a U-Haul getting a late night dinner on our way through town. The staff were so kind and remade our fries as we were a few minutes late for pickup. Would highly recommend this location.
Clean restaurant, fast service, affordable food. Not sure why so many people are whining about fast food... Ran me $26 to feed my whole family and it was TASTY.

If you’d like to have the Wendy’s experience in the third world this is the joint for you. They have a soda machine that purports to have something like 500 combinations but it’s out of sugar syrup, so they have maybe 5 options. It’s flavored bubbly water, diet lemonade and and one other thing, I forget what.
The girl behind the counter was antagonistic despite the fact that I was tired and simply trying to find a meal in Hinton. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which came out non-spicy, not discovered until I was down the road. Besides that the food was good.

My husband ordered me food from here specifically told them no tomato. It’s a severe allergy and guess what they put on my burger when I open it … tomatoes and their phones are not on. It keeps going to voicemail. All I say is if this happens and something bad happens they could be sued and held severely liable. This is a big BIG concern to keep an eye out for !!! And put your phone back on the hook! Don’t ignore people! TAKE ALLERGIES SERIOUSLY!

The food was ok, forgot the fries with one meal, I got 2 cheery cokes instead of one regular coke and one cherry coke. The staff that was running the drive thru really needs to be trained again, so I don't complain at all, but when you're trying to order and she constantly interrupts not once but 4 times is unacceptable. Then, going up to window and constant attitude, no manners no hello, how are u. Just attitude. Throwing a large pop in the garbage, yelling, then basically pushes our food out of the window to us, and just says, "Here you go and slams the drive-by window. I know their jobs are not easy, but have a little respect. There are another 10 fast food places we could go to. You don't need that kind of service from anyone or business. I do insist that there will be something brought from this , like an apology, maybe some extra training on service and attitude towards customers. Thanks

I mean it's your average Wendy's, but my burgers don't need to be made in such a panic that they require me to put them together properly before I can eat them, especially with the cheese sauce on the cheesy cheddar burgers being as messy as it is.
