I was using drive thru. The lady taking order was really rude and teasing, while I was receiving my food. Her gestures and facial expressions where so humiliating. I felt like rascism. Very poor customer service. I know it’s busy at drive thru but being nice to customers is not hard. I was asking a missed food item in the order and she was telling me don’t hurry up and laughed weirdly.

Long time since visiting... this place sucks! Coffee bad. Breakfast sandwiches poor. Service mediocre. Constant load beeping beep from kitchen.
Was pretty good , stopped for a coffee while out on a motorcycle ride then back to calgary

Tim Hortons offers mixed experiences. While some customers find the hashbrowns overly greasy, others enjoy the friendly staff and quick service. The drive-thru can be busy but generally moves quickly, and the staff are usually pleasant. The coffee is generally good, and the Timbits remain a favorite. Many customers appreciate the crew, especially Tina and Joyce, who are known for their friendly service and accuracy with orders. Joyce is often praised for her efficiency, especially with mobile orders, making the mornings smoother when she is working. However, if Joyce isn't on shift, there can be issues, including wrong drinks or delays. The bathrooms are sometimes not very accessible, with heavy doors that are difficult to open from a wheelchair. The cleanliness of tables and washrooms can be inconsistent, with occasional flies and washrooms sometimes lacking paper towels or soap. The manager is seen as accommodating, especially for fundraising efforts in the area. Despite some issues with order accuracy and bathroom accessibility, many customers find the overall experience positive thanks to friendly staff and quick service at the drive-thru.
