I was very unimpressed by the service. The employees were visibly disinterested from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. We received no smiles and virtually no conversation, even for a simple mid-day coffee and tea order. The complete lack of engagement was enough to create an unwelcoming atmosphere and guarantees we won't be visiting this location again

We had waited a few years to try the baking. When ever we went through it was after closing hours or before. The couple times we were there the right time the items were gone. So this time we were lucky and the bear paws and cinnamon buns were available. A Big let down they were over baked and tough. Crispy like a cracker on some parts. They were gaps in the layers that just helped to dry it out faster it seems. Very disappointed after such a long wait. Not in the line in the store but in our trying to get there or their availability. We were saddened and won't be back. We so wanted to support from what we had believed was a great bakery.

Not impressed at all. Went there on Sunday around noon time. There was nobody lining ahead of me. I waited at the counter for more than 3 minutes to be served with my toddler while the staff had his back facing me and making something at the espresso machine. At first I thought he was making a drink for the customer before me so I didn’t say anything. He didn’t turn his back the whole time even I was talking with my kid at the counter. After a whole while longer, I asked if I could order since he didn’t even acknowledge me the whole time I was standing there. He turned around and my jaw dropped- he was making a drink for himself, he was holding his own coffee cup…
At then end, I asked if I could have my receipt. He said sure and then just walked away….nobody was behind me. I looked at the machine and asked if that’s the customer copy and I could take it - he responded with “oh yeah yeah, you just take it yourself”. Didn’t come to the counter, didn’t look at me, simply rude.
At guess what - he put the already steamed milk back to the fridge, probably for the next customer’s latte.

Best coffee and sweet treats we have had while in Canada on vacation. Fast service. Only downside is there weren’t many tables so our family of 4 couldn’t sit together initially but otherwise 5 stars. Would definitely come back for those sweet cinnamon rolls and danishes!!!

This bakery is a Jasper gem. The baked goods are delicious with a variety of coffees and teas.
I did feel a bit rushed as there were so many customers and the staff was trying to move people along, I couldn’t see the selection behind other people until someone moved and then I didn’t have a chance to order it.
Despite this, excellent baked goods, lovely little shop.

Excellent Canadiano coffees (americanos) and cakes. Really good selection of cakes, spoilt for choice.
Service sadly lacking on the day.

I've been a few times, but always forget to rave about it!
This time we were headed to Pyramid Lake and we needed some snacks to take along. We are now completely spoiled by their sausage rolls and have not been able to find anything comparable in Edmonton yet.
We also picked up some white chocolate raspberry tarts and some of the pumpkin tarts. They also did not disappoint!
This place can get SUPER busy. Be patient, it's worth the wait!

The wait was 15-20 minutes on a Friday Morning, but eventually we were able to order our Apple Pie and Pizza Bagel. Both items were really good, though the cheese was a bit off on the Pizza Bagel. Nevertheless a great place for a morning breakfast in Jasper!

Weak coffee and the worst butter tart we’ve ever had! We won’t be back.
