Stopped by Candy Bear Lair and tried the fudge — now I’m questioning all my life choices that didn’t involve fudge. It’s dangerously good… like “hide it from yourself” good. Highly recommend (but your self-control won’t thank me).

If you have a sweet tooth 🦷 then this is the place to satisfy your needs. What’s your desire? Chocolate 🍫, fudge, ice cream 🍦, popcorn, gummies, jelly beans 🫘 and more. The store is clean and well lit. The variety is amazing and the flavours are endless. Sweet, salty or sour and sometimes spicy 🌶️. This is a store you walk to and enjoy spending some time exploring.

We were there on the weekend and my children were incredibly disappointed in change to the store. Still a great spot for snacks and icecream but no where near as magical as it once was. Way smaller of a selection

It smells REALLY good in here and the staff were great! However, every item I bought from behind the counter, was stale, including the ten dollar chunk of fudge :(

Got 3 ice creams. Good quantity, nice taste. Prices a bit on the high side (but hey, that's the case everywhere in Jasper haha). Definitely worth a visit if you like sweets.

I think this place deserves support from tourists! I had a very fond memory of the chocolate smell of the place. The staff was very friendly and they made a special fudge for pride month. Definitely a cute place to stop by. Very glad to see it still in business after so many years ?

This is everything a candy store (aka a chocolate store): should be. And they have lots of non chocolate candy like candy apples and all sorts of fudge flavours. Best fudge in town, this is the place that make it for all the places that sell it. They have the best selection at the best prices here. And the most candies and chocolates besides. The caramels are amazing. So indulgent. This store is for any person who was ever fat kid or who wanted the fat kid experience for even a day. It's like being a kid in a candy shop, except as an adult. The owner is so nice too. This is a business with supporting.

Their treats in the display are charged by the weight ($4.75/100g), and look like they’ve been sitting there for a while, what a rip off.The blonde behind the display counter had no customer service skills and rolled her eyes anytime I asked a question about the treats.Did not buy anything here, thankfully and will not be coming back to this store. Not worth the stop while you’re strolling beautiful Jasper.
