We had an incredible dining experience at Cassio’s Italian Restaurant . The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared — but what truly made the night unforgettable was our server, Lovely.
From the moment we sat down, Lovely made us feel welcome and taken care of. His attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine care for our experience were outstanding. He anticipated what we needed before we even asked, offered amazing recommendations, and checked in often without ever feeling intrusive.
By the end of our meal, it honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend rather than just a server. Hospitality like that is rare, and it elevated the entire evening.
If you’re visiting Jasper, do yourself a favour and book dinner at Cassio’s — and if you’re lucky enough to have Lovely as your server, you’re in for something special.

My partner and I attended Cassio’s yesterday during our first trip to Jasper, which was only a day trip, unfortunately. The food was amazing, service from a young man I believe was named Jay was fantastic, and the location was perfect. We took much of our meal back to Edmonton with us so we could enjoy it later in the evening as well and it was amazing even the second time!
They have a happy hour menu for both food and drinks, none of which we used but, just mentioning it here for folks who may be interested in that! 😊
Highly recommend this restaurant. My partner got the chicken parm, while I got the arrabbiata. Both were fantastic! We also got the non-alcoholic Strawberry Mango Lemonade, which was great. They were out of mango, but the strawberry on its own was great!

Wonderful place for breakfast if you’re staying at Whistler’s Inn. The prices for breakfast are in line with what you would find in larger cities. I ordered the traditional breakfast for $17. Two eggs, three strips of applewood bacon, and hash browns. Very well made and delicious. The decor and atmosphere here is amazing and well worth the visit. Definitely get breakfast here!

A 5 star experience again tonight. Food and service were excellent. The is Osso buco and Pescatore entrees were fantastic. Our server Jatin recommended a very good wine to complement our entrees. We highly recommend this place!

The food was delicious, Anna and Joma offered exceptional service, and the whole team did an amazing job accommodating our celiac guest. This was a phenomenal experience and we will be back.
We had an intimate table of six to celebrate a wedding. The staff sat us at the lovely corner table and even got us a wonderful hand crafted congratulatory card. The service was impeccable. Joma was attentive and efficient. She was charming and provided excellent food suggestions. She made our overall experience one that we won’t forget. We would, without hesitation, recommend this venue to celebrate a special occasion or to simply have an amazing culinary experience. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Enjoy a wonderful atmosphere paired with delicious food and friendly service. Conveniently attached to the neighbouring hotel, it's situated on a street parallel to the train line where the Rocky Mountaineer stations, making it easy or the visitors.
Be aware that street parking in Jasper (like Banff) requires payment by the app (scan the QR Code) - $4.50 per hour.
Way overpriced. The garlic bread was $10!
