We are an older couple that appreciates the consistent product we can enjoy at any Earl's, so already fans. What encouraged us to write this review was the exceptional service we received. We explained to the young woman greeting and seating that we would like a quieter table and she made sure we were in a very quiet corner. It made our whole evening more pleasant. I'm sorry that I did not ask her name but she was greeting on Wed., Nov. 26th around supper time, and she has a sensational smile : )
Our table server was Julie and she too was exceptional. Her manner was efficient, but also friendly and interested. She took great care to see that we got exactly what we wanted. She is an outstanding employee.

They used to have a great happy hour menu. They have also subjected their customers to shrinkflation. The Bigger Better Burger is now the Medium Alright Burger.

Earls Jasper never disappoints. The food is always great and the service is even better. Alex made our night with his fun attitude and attentiveness!

I’m an Earl’s fan. Generally, I have a great dining experience at their restaurants.

But not at this location.

Received a lukewarm reception. Dined on the patio. Food arrived cold, and was disappointing (poorly plated and seasoned).

Maybe they didn’t think they had to try because it was high season? Or because of the Jasper wildfires, tables were at a premium?

I’ll chalk this up to a rare miss. But I won’t be eager to return, either.

Service was quick for our table food was served fresh exactly what I asked for was a quick stop and go so we didn’t wait much and it was perfect .

Food generally good although the Asian chicken noodle dish was very lean on the chicken... Was a great night until they screwed up the bill but charging full price for cocktails they earlier said we're half price. Was eventually sorted but not without a longer-than-needed conversation.

Thank you! The view was amazing. The food was great. And the service was perfect. We were there during the Jay's game so it was louder than normal but in a great way. Thank you again so much for a great experience. We had a wonderful time!

Came here on the 19th of October for happy hour. Unfortunately didn’t get a name from our server but he was amazing!! So friendly & accomodating. A very beautiful Earls
