Great little convenience nook with more than adequate seating in both the .Ain area as well as the outside lobby below the stairwell. Situated in a main thoroughfare close to the elevators and several entrances/exits. Great selection of fresh squeezed juices and hot baked sandwiches and croissants.

On our first morning at the lodge we arrived at the Trattoria for breakfast just a few minutes after opening time. The line to be seated was massive. We walked over to Fitzhugh's. We had the breakfast sandwiches. Just ok premade and they did not warm them enough. Unfortunately we had to have breakfast here every day as the dinning room was severely crowded, and there are no other options at the hotel.

It's a place to pick up a quick meal. The food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed a gluten-free meal and they had someone go into the kitchen and prepare it. The smoothie needed to be blended a lot more since it was very chunky. The prices are very high though.

If you're looking for a quick coffee and bite to eat before heading out in to the mountains for the day and don't have the time to sit down and order breakfast, then this is a good option. The coffees were good. The breakfast sandwiches were alright...maybe next time we'll try their picnic meals or other options they provide.

Went to get gelato that was advertising at the Jasper Park lodge lobby. But the customer service at the cafe was so poor, so didn’t end up getting gelato. She was looking at her phone the entire time, showed no interest in serving gelato that was right by her, and told us to go to the boat house to get gelato!

My husband and I picked up a Champaign Picnic from Fitzhugh's during our recent stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and absolutely loved it (both the food and the concept). We did a lot of hiking and adventure tours during our stay, but as far as relaxing goes - our afternoon picnic took top spot!

The flavor of daily regular coffee is great. The muffins and charcoal croissant are really delicious. The service of cashiers are excellent.

Passionate barista, delicious lattes and iced cappucinos, and fun pastries to try each day (including Cruffins and Brookies!). Fruit, salads, and refrigerated drinks are also available. The staff go the extra mile, remember your name, and even personally delivered an iced cappuccino to my manager when we got separated to different sessions at the Alberta Library Conference!
