“Oh my goodness! We just had a memorable evening at this very special dining room at Jasper Park Lodge. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Our server was Christina and she was patient , attentive, and knowledgeable. First class all the way. The food was delightful from the Scallops to the Chicken Saltimbocca, to the Lamb Pappardelle. All was scrumptious and flavorful and presented artistically. Topping it off was a yummy Tiramisu and it must be mentioned that the view of the mountains is stunning.“
