9/26/25 On our last day in Jasper, we found Wafflato. Potentially the best breakfast I had during our 2 weeks in Canada. Service was prompt. Waffles were perfect. Restaurant was very busy when we were there. Seating was tight.

Ordered the Rocky Mountaineer breakfast and shared it, super good. The hash brown potatoes were superb and the sausage was tops! Excellent food and get a smoothie for extra happiness.

Absolutely loved our waffles here! I had the brownie waffle and added vanilla icecream. Hubby and I are from Australia and we are travelling for a few weeks around Canada. I’m keeping a list of my top 5 foods/meals and my brownie waffle went straight to the top of the list!!! Hubby also loved his bacon and egg waffle! Thank you!!
