We have been visiting Wafflato for few years for our breakfast and afternoon ice-cream. Their food and service is wonderful. The only problem is the constant smell of burnt oil in the restaurant which is unbearable to us in the winter. I hope the owners can fix this problem soon.
Absolutely insane breakfast spot in Jasper.
Wafflato blew us away. I had the classic breakfast with bacon and eggs, hasbtoens sausage toast and it was perfect — everything cooked beautifully and full of flavor. My boyfriend ordered the Wagyu waffle burger and it was next-level amazing, easily one of the best breakfast items. I had the Fat Burner fresh juice and a chai tea latte, both so fresh and delicious, and he had the wild berry smoothie, which was incredible.
