This place is a gem in the middle of Jasper. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food and very reasonably priced. High quality meals, paired with fast service. All five us really enjoyed our food, especially the savory waffles.
Ordered the Rocky Mountaineer breakfast and shared it, super good. The hash brown potatoes were superb and the sausage was tops! Excellent food and get a smoothie for extra happiness.

On our last day in Jasper, we found Wafflato. Potentially the best breakfast I had during our 2 weeks in Canada. Service was prompt. Waffles were perfect.
Restaurant was very busy when we were there. Seating was tight.
