If you're craving a culinary adventure that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving more, look no further than Mad Grizzly restaurant's Pork Sisig! Nestled in the heart of Jasper National Park, this dish is a true masterpiece of Filipino cuisine. From the moment it arrives at your table, the aroma of sizzling pork, onions, and chili peppers will tempt your senses and have you eagerly anticipating your first bite. The presentation is nothing short of spectacular, with the sisig served sizzling hot on a cast iron skillet, creating a mouthwatering spectacle that's as pleasing to the eyes as it is to the palate.

Surprisingly great spot in Jasper! Spent a few nights in the town while skiing and this was my favorite dinner. Coming in I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the vibe inside is very chill and the food is much more upscale than imagined. I tried the braised beef, and spring rolls for appetizer. Both were absolutely incredible. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in Jasper, only downside is the higher prices, but that’s to be expected here.

I had the pleasure of having the Corn Beef Hash and it was fantastic! A combination of flavours I have never tried before and it was so savoury and delicious!

Kathleen and the team are ridiculously friendly and inviting, and the dishes are unique and made with a high-touch, even down to the side salads. This new spot in Jasper has quickly become one of the very best in town, full stop.

As a long-time Jasper local, the Mad Grizzly is a welcome addition to the roster of restaurants in town. Service was great and so was the food. Will happily return.

Food was really good however we felt the portions were quite small for the price, even by Jasper standards. Dinner was $90 for 2 people. We didn't get drinks or dessert and shared an appetizer.

We were a party of ten. The only ones in the restaurant at the time. We had a lovely server and she did great keeping up with our groupThe food, left something to be desired. One said her soup wasn't hot ......one was served her meal long before anyone else, so she was done 45 min before the last one got her meal. The paella was so salty it was inedible.Better places in jasper to eat!

Lovely food and service. We came for the elk but ended up having everything but! There is a diverse variety of cuisine at this restaurant. We were the only ones at the restaurant on the night, but the service was prompt and friendly.

Yummy ramen served by a friendly server. We had a long drive before coming to this place, and it did not disappoint us. The ramen reminded me of our "mami" in the Philippines. The husband had a burger, and we both agreed that the portion was just right. Our daughter had grilled cheese, and she munched the whole thing. I have a new place to go to in Jasper!!!

It looked like a lot of the other restaurants in Jasper. I had the Lumpia/spring rolls and the ramen. I really enjoyed the lumpia but the dip it came with was too sweet for me. I did not think the ramen was anything great. Ok at best. Did not stand out in any way and felt it had nothing exciting about it especially for the price. Ramen is usually pretty cheap but it being a bit more expensive it did not match cost to value.I do not think they make the noodles in house. The broth was ok but could have more depth of flavour. Tasted mostly just like pork broth with some soy added.Have not found any really good ramen in Jasper yet.
