We had dinner at the nook and everything was very meticulously arranged. Very impressive job from the front of house team to make sure the night went well. Amazing atmosphere with the guests, servers and chefs. April did an amazing job communicating with the chefs on what we were looking for throughout the meal. Thank you to Chef Thomas for coming out to check on us and to all the Chefs who do an amazing job in the nook, Joseph, Mausam, Rahul, Suhkpreet and Sandesh really went above and beyond for our meal, the food was spectacular.

Ordered the $70 12 ounce Ribeye cooked “however the Chef thinks best”. It was more like a flatiron steak and FULL of gristle. Wife said I should have sent it back... and I SHOULD HAVE! I cut out all the gristle I could (my “eyeball guess”, based on sheer quantity of gristle left on plate was 3-5 ounces!!!!). I complained to the waitress and asked her to show it to the Maitre d' and chef. I did not expect a refund, but a discount would have been nice and an apology would be the least. Except the profuse apologies from the waitress (who still got her tip!) NOTHING from management!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!

Even if you are not staying at this hotel in Jasper, you should definitely go to this restaurant. It is an amazing steakhouse! We got great service! And the venue is really nice. The food was so good and I even got a little free dessert for my birthday, which was so yummy! Me and my mother split the filet mignon and the mashed potatoes, we also had the bread with butter, and everything was so delicious! I would definitely come back!

Lovely, civilized dining experience, the 10oz bison (rare) was delicious with the chef's honey sauce, catch of the day halibut was surprisingly fresh, even the kids steak had a choice tenderloin cut! Demi was very knowledgeable and cheery, thank you!

We were a group of 7. Reservations were for 8 pm Friday night. They told us 15 minute wait, we returned twenty minutes later and were told ten more minutes!!! We waited patiently and then went back and were kept waiting for another five minutes. Finally seated. Starter Scallops were really bad. Rib Eye was chewy and no dressing whatsoever. Just a steak in plate. Halibut was dry. Best was pizza and Mac and cheese from kid menu. Disappointed with service. Everyone finished meal when two orders of chicken supreme finally arrived. As they were getting it from another restaurant. Manger did come to explain and apologized for the delay when half of the meal was already on table. The server could have told us at the time of taking our order, that it will be delayed and we could have changed the item. Anyways, disappointed experience from six out of seven people. Seventh person got couple of dishes from kids menu. I will never waste money going to this restaurant at such a prestigious Hotel.

My partner and I had the most incredible experience at The Nook! We were celebrating his birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Jao, our amazing server, and the Manager on duty—they went above and beyond to make the evening truly memorable.
Jao’s warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. He’s an absolute asset to the Fairmont team, and we can’t thank them enough for making our night (and entire stay) so special.

The beef wellington bites were amazing and the more you ate the better they tasted. Our waitress was so friendly. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they treated us so well with complimentary sparkling wine and a small gift when we left.
