The best sushi we’ve ever had! We got lucky and got a table as walk ins and it turned out to be the best part of our Jasper trip. The sushi was so fresh and delicious, it was also a joy watching chef Oka make them. We look forward to visiting again soon! We suggest to book a table ahead of time.
My wife and I have been blessed to have enjoyed sushi and sashimi from around the world. Our authentic neighborhood sushi bar in Columbia, South Carolina, Inakaya Watanabe has always set the bar when we travel. Only Seiji’s Sushi in Kona Hawaii and Oka Sushi in Jasper, Alberta Canada has met the bar set by Ryo and Inakaya Watanabe Sushi.
