We ate at the Olive Bistro this past Friday. I had the salmon and crab special and my wife had the bison burger. They were both excellent...they were so good that I had to try the dessert. Lex was our server and she was very friendly and helpful. We ate at a fine dining restaurant in town on Saturday which was okay. Sunday came and we decided we would go back to Olives because it was so good. I had the bison burger with truffle poutine this time and my wife had the smoked chicken sandwich - excellent again...highly recommend this restaurant in Jasper

I can’t recommend the Olive bistro enough!! The service was incredible. I had the flatbread and it was delicious. If you’re ever in Jasper you need to come here!
Food was delicious!!! We had beet Salad, chicken Flatbread, steak, Lawa cake and the hazelnut torte.

Such delicious food and friendly service at Olive bistro and lounge! The vegan options were incredible! Really loved the tempura mushrooms and the dragon bowl with tofu. The fries were perfectly crispy and the vegan mayo was a good substitute for the aoli. Also really recommend the Saskatoon berry lemonade! Definitely come by here for dinner!

We were in Jasper townsite to find a place showing game 7 of the Oilers vs Panthers series. This quaint little place offered us seats where we could see the game and moved us to be better seats when another party vacated. The wait staff were so accomodating and helpful, not intrusive at all as they knew our reason for staying longer. Absolutely stellar service! Our party tried the fish & chips; elk, bison and chicken brie burgers - they were all excellent! Fries were above & beyond! I wish I would’ve tried the truffle poutine ? The gentleman who may have been the owner, was a most gracious host and highly recommended the haskap berry cheesecake in a jar for dessert and it was absolutely decadent! So scrumptious! The only thing they could’ve done better was have the outcome of the game go the Oilers way? Two thumbs up and five plus stars.
