Amazing food and service! Couldn’t recommend more highly, you have to try this place when visiting Jasper. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and the food was by far the best we’ve had in Jasper.
Service was very poor. Understaffed. Delay right from seating at table. One attendant serving several clients. Enter before 7 pm could finish close to 9 pm. Drinks and food was ordered at the same time. However, after a long wait food was served before drinks. A brownie ordered as a desert was as hard as a stone.

Amazing place to eat, the food and drinks were perfect after a long day of adventures!!!! Would give a 10 if I could. Darrell and servers were friendly and made us feel like family. May stay an extra day to have another raspberry mojito or two, a must try if your dining here!!!

Had a great time at Olive Bistro while in Jasper for the day. We enjoyed the patio (which is dog friendly), had great service from the staff and very much enjoyed pur food.
We enjoyed the Elk Burger, Bison Burger and the Feature Burger (French Onion) all with their shoestring fries.
Love the Farm to table menu and look forward to coming again.

Wonderful dinner. We had a great experience when we went out for dinner here with my family. We tried the macadamia chicken, lamb shank, steak frites, and rigatoni pomodoro. All were delicious. Friendly staff. Clean and cozy restaurant. We will be back if we return to Jasper again!

We decided to eat here because it was locally owned and we wanted to support someone local. We were greeted at the door by the owner and chef who was taking a break and saw us walk in. He was super nice and got someone to seat us right away. I guess I would describe the atmosphere as ‘upscale casual’. You would feel as comfortable eating here in your hiking clothes as you would in dress pants and a button down. The service was fantastic, everything was timed very well. We never felt rushed but we also didn’t have to sit and wait forever for food or drinks. The food was excellent! My husband had the bacon wrapped filet and it was done perfectly and I had the smoked chicken sandwich which was both tender and flavorful. I would definitely eat here again. They do have patio and indoor seating. It was chilly so we ate inside.

Went out for a nice relaxing dinner, I had the macadamia crusted chicken and my wife had the smoked chicken sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious. There is a great selection of wine and we split the brownie for desert. Our waitress was fantastic and there was not a long wait. Defienitly going back and would recommend.

Olive Bistro is an absolute must visit in Jasper. The ambience is super cozy and very friendly staff. Every dish was beautifully plated and perfectly cooked. The lamb shank was fall off the bone tender and the rigatoni with burrata was delicious! And don’t skip dessert, the hazelnut torte mousse is perfection. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Restaurantji Recommends
The atmosphere was good, noise level low but it wasn't to crowded. The food was not to bad taste wise but portion wise, well plan on going for a pizza after to fill the rest of the hole. At 35$ for a soup bowl size of a pasta dish with not even a piece of bread on the side you would need 2 orders. In short, rather over priced for everything, not good value. Won't be going back.

A beautiful bistro with outstanding food options and attentive service. The Alpine Salad has so many delicious flavours and textures and was dressed just right - not soggy or saturated. My wife enjoyed the Macadamia Crusted Chicken - so flavourful and tender. I ordered the Braised Bison with equal satisfaction. Would highly recommend for a special dinner out in Jasper.

I ate at this restaurant four times during my week long stay in Jasper, and every visit was a highlight. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and cozy, and every dish I tried was cooked to perfection—even the grilled chicken on my salad was so well-prepared, I found myself wondering how they managed to make something so simple taste so good.
The staff were all lovely, and I especially appreciated Hannah, who served me twice. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer my questions and offer great menu recommendations. She even gave me tips on where to swim and sightsee in Jasper!

Me and my wife shared a French onion soup and bannock and it was spectacular. Very wonderful meal and good selection of foods and drinks.

The food was just way too overpriced for boxed pasta and not even real tomatoes in their pasta sauce it tasted like sweet Campbell tomatoes soup and it was $34. I have had some amazing homemade pasta at restaurants in Edmonton for the same price with 10x the quad I of ingredients.
Service was great and can’t blame the server. My partner got the French onion burger and it was good. Expensive for what it was but what do you except when you come to a tourist destination.
Drinks were also mediocre. I got an espresso martini for $16 and the vodka tasted very cheap and there was shards of ice in my glass
