We did have an excellent diner at Olive’s. It was a beautiful sunny evening and we sat on the patio. Both Farmer’s and Bistro plate were excellent. The hazelnut desert was superb. Too bad the chef did not want to share the secret recipe…

Fantastic food, friendly staff incl chef daryl. Able to sit out and enjoy a lovely jasper evening. So good, we came back the following evening. Highlights saganaki, artic char, herb bread and bison steak.

We ate at the Olive Bistro this past Friday. I had the salmon and crab special and my wife had the bison burger. They were both excellent...they were so good that I had to try the dessert. Lex was our server and she was very friendly and helpful. We ate at a fine dining restaurant in town on Saturday which was okay. Sunday came and we decided we would go back to Olives because it was so good. I had the bison burger with truffle poutine this time and my wife had the smoked chicken sandwich - excellent again...highly recommend this restaurant in Jasper
