After visiting about five to six times, I’ve come to the conclusion that I wouldn’t really recommend this place. Some days, the food was decent — not amazing, but okay. But on other days, it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
I was craving sushi on my roadtrip through Jasper. I found One Sushi, which had 4 stars and I thought ok, lets try it. They didnt have my personal preference of spicy crab roll, so i decided to venture out of my comfort zone and try their Amazing Roll with mango pieces. Oh my god, it did NOT disappoint. We shared a mixed tempura and a few roll combos between 2 of us and it was all delicious. The price was really reasonable for the quantity and quality of food provided. Would go again or get takeout.
