I am from Edmonton and we were craving some ramen on our way to BC so me and my family stopped by Jasper and went to this restaurant. I ordered the Don Kotsu ramen. It was good but could use less saltiness. We also had the takoyaki and it was the best thing that was served to us. The service was great. Taking the train cross Canada, while stopping at Jasper, I found this sushi place and decided to give it a try. The environment is clean and nice. The girl who works as a waitress is kind and welcoming. I ordered one spicy salmon roll and one spicy chop scallop roll, and GOd... It cost me $20 +tip for 2 sushi rolls to take out.
