Had the 3 course menu with the scallops, steak and pistachio cannoli, the scallops and cannoli were good but the steak was probably 30% fat and gristle. Also the bread and truffle butter was very good
Oh my goodness! We just had a memorable evening at this very special dining room at Jasper Park Lodge. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Our server was Christina and she was patient , attentive, and knowledgeable. First class all the way. The food was delightful from the Scallops to the Chicken Saltimbocca, to the Lamb Pappardelle. We came for dinner and it was beyond wonderful. We usually don’t eat at “fancy” restaurants, but this one was well-worth it. We did not have a reservation and sat at the lower round tables near the front. If you don’t mind eating on a lower table, the spot is great! To start, We had AMAZING service from the bartender.
