The older female server with the dark hair had a terrible attitude and was passive aggressive towards us during the course of our breakfast. Our eggs were not done correctly and she argued with me about it. She needs to take customer service 101 and get an attitude adjustment. Very disappointed with the service.

The review is for open table, we made the reservation and got confirmed. But when we arrived at the restaurant it was closed, the hotel where it located told us they are now only open in the morning for breakfast and brunch, no dinner. So disappointed.

If you are only interested in the atmosphere, this is a great place. If you would also like delicious food and courteous service I would not visit this establishment.I had the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. My hash browns were good but my eggs Benedict were disappointing. My eggs Benedict were swimming in the hollandaise sauce and it was dripping off the side of my plate. It was as if someone had put a soup ladle of sauce on my plate as someone else had picked up the plate and run with it. I feel like the sauce was missing an ingredient because it did not taste right.My friend ordered pancakes. The pancakes were burned on both sides and did not taste right either as if there was not enough egg in them.Perhaps the kitchen was short staffed that day and thus some mistakes were being made. However the server was not courteous either. I asked the server to tell the kitchen staff there was too much sauce, and she rolled her eyes.Then when I chose not to tip, because my meal had been very unsatisfactory the waitress confronted me demanding a tip.

"Tips are appreciated, but never required". Just not at Papa George's! Do yourself a favour and skip this place. Notice how the recent reviews are super low? Here's why:My Australian friend, my wife and I went here hoping for a nice meal. Instead we got a big disappointment.The waitress started out a bit cranky, but no big deal. We ordered an omelette and 2 eggs Benedict.The waitress didn't write down our order and forgot to add mushrooms to my omelette. It happens. She accidentally dripped some sauce on my friend's pants. Ok no big deal. The food was very mediocre if I'm being generous. Dry omelette, no cheese.The hollandaise sauce tasted off, so we told the waitress. Biggest eye roll ever. She explained we just didn't know what it was supposed to taste like in a very rude manner.We asked for my wife's bill and mine to be put together. She messed that up.So I didn't tip. The waitress started at the machine while I was paying and started yelling at me about how in Alberta we tip at least 15%. So I asked to see the owner. The owner yelled at me about how "tips are required in Alberta". She followed us out of the store and continued to yell at us on the street.I wish them the best, but I have never felt more justification in my actions before. For the love of all that is holy, skip this place.

Dont see why this place is not more highly rated, everything was great about it. Definitely what you would expect from this kind of restaurants, we had a late breakfast and we definitely loved it.
Stopped here for breakfast and was not disappointed. The breakfast burrito was delicious, and the French toast yummy. Well presented. Good value. Quick service. Friendly staff. Recommend during your stay in Jasper.

Poor service, waitress really did not care at all, brought both meals with incorrect food, reality is, better off at a different place for breakfast. Had the two egg breakfast and expected, one choice for sausage, was given something else without being asked, expecting that would be fine.

Originally this had 2 stars before our waitress was agumentative. Ask us if the food was ok, we said no there all not good and proceeded to say what was wrong and basically was like oh and walked away while we were talking and never came back. lol. spinach dip was soo small and bland. Was cream cheese with blended spinach and was 19 dollars and a tiny side sauce bowl youd have for like a ketchup or mayo..., 50 percent of the plate was carrots and celery and wasnt avertized as which.. boyfriend got pasta was very bland tomato sauce. and other friend got chicken ceasar. both chicken and salad was dry... I went in cause she never came back. and she was like how would you like to pay. Im like no... We tried to tell you we didnt want our food you left. Shes like manager isnt here. So?? there should be measures in place. Shes like well you obviously havnt had that type of pasta before. What does that matter. It didnt taste good. She boarder line was rolling her eyes. 10 min fight to get any comp. Never apologized.

That place reflects everything one can wish from a sportbar/pub: nice snacks, beer for any taste and although the waitress was obviously exhausted she was very nice & quick on both days we've been there. Thank you very much :)
