We were staying at the Lobstick Lodge next door and ate at the Silverwater Grill both nights. First night was really busy and we had to wait 10 minutes or so to be seated. We had a simple salad for an evening meal and it was really tasty and good value. The second night was much quieter and we had a really nice meal of salmon with salad and tortellini.

We got the breakfast buffet, and the food is delicious, especially the pastries. Every pastry tastes so good.

My mom and I came here for breakfast. I had the salmon bagel which was impeccable - that lemon sauce was amazing! My mom had the eggs Benedict and also felt the same. We’re definitely coming back!

A few years ago I had dined at the Chateau Jasper restaurant and loved it, but they have since changed the menu and it was not as enjoyable as before. The atmosphere is nice. They were playing an unusual collection of songs that I had never heard in a different language (maybe Ukrainian?). The salad with salmon was very oily. I could not finish it and it was about $27. It had a piece of seared salmon without flavor with some greens and oilves, and jarred peppers, and what the menu said was squash but I only got two bits of it. A friend got the salmon and risotto for $38 but was also disappointed because, again, it was covered oil without flavor. Perhaps the chef has run out of ideas? My son liked the pizza and my daughter got a pasta which she said was ok. But for $135 I felt like I got nothing.

Had breakfast a la carte here. Got the One Time which was okay, tasted like what you'd get from hotel buffet breakfast. Would recommend the House Made Waffle though which were great. Service was good. 3.5/5 overall.
I had Eggs Benny here and the Hollandaise was distributed via a squeeze bottle like ketchup. Quality was sub par. Hash browns were whole baby potatoes.
Tried again for the $24 buffet, and it was equally disappointing. Bacon was barely cooked, pancakes were cold and almost rubbery. Only scrambled eggs that were also not very warm. I thought this would have been better because they are an actual restaurant, but it was more like a budget motel

Nice and quiet here. Foot was great. Staff were great. Overall no complaints.
There is only buffet breakfast, which is OK. The problem is, they serve the most disgusting food, which I have ever hadj
at hotels. I travel a lot, and this breakfast looked standard - dry scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon etc. But. In my trips I had a lot of such breakfasts and this place managed to make it worse by far. In addition, that uneatble good cost $22, plus the ask for tips - no service, no food.

We ate dinner here on New Years and had an amazing dinner; the food was really good and the service was spectacular! The menu is smaller but we all found something we liked- including the chef’s special and the salmon. We’ll be back.
Had the buffet breakfast twice and the steak one evening for tea.
Great service every time.
Steak meal was outstanding.
Buffet great value and selection.
Facility is dated.
Recommend.
Morgan, the server was amazing. Great guy. I'm so glad he decided to quit teaching and be a waiter. Sure was the life of brunch on Christmas day. (Make sure to ask to see his magic trick with the water....)
Brunch of Christmas morning was an amazing buffet, with great quality food and selection was definitely the highlight of the trip.
The food was mediocre, the waitress appeared indifferent, and we had to wait longer than expected. The owner appears to prioritize wildlife over the quality of the food.
