After hearing rave reviews we finally tried out Silverwater Grill and Lounge. They brought us out housemade kettle chips with parm dip to start which were awesome. Had the Arancini as an appy then shared Tortellini a Brasato Di Manzo Pasta and a pepperoni pizza with the hot honey dip. Wow, everything was super tasty, can tell it was made with love. Definately a little hidden gem in Jasper. Travis was our server, he was amazing. We will dfinately be back.

Food was fine. Interior was very dated and boring. Definitely not my favourite in Jasper.

The experience was fresh, well balanced, and full of flavor overall. Everything was done perfectly, from the preparation to the presentation, and the service was attentive without being overbearing.
The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was good, and the overall experience was very satisfying. I would definitely come back.

Seated by the door so was very cold as the air from the hotel entrance would blow into the restaurant. Ordered our food and sat for almost an hour before it was served. Tables around us ate and went. Was offered a complimentary drink and dessert for the inconvenience. Food was tasty once it arrived.
The food was okay, however there was not enough food at the buffet. We would have to wait for 10 minutes for it to get refilled for each item every single time. Would've been nicer if there was enough food for all of the guests. There was also not lots of options. We had a reservation for the dinner buffet as well, but we cancelled it right after this first experience because we thought it was not worth the value.
This has by far been the worse service I have received in a sit down restaurant. I was sat for 20 minutes before a sever came to take my drink order. When I got my chicken parmesan, the pasta was okay but the chicken was over cooked and unseasoned. I do not recommend it here.

As a born and raised Jasperite, I have seen this restaurant change hands many times. Sometimes for the better sometimes for the latter.
This most recent transformation led by Food & Beverage Manager Steven and Chef Kevin is a beautiful combination of elegance with a rich array of delicious culinary creations and exceptional service. The environment is tastefully cozy with ample space for an intimate dining experience whether romantic or a family affair.
Travis was our server, he had a bit of a rush with quite a few tables as well as take out while we dined. He did not miss a beat. Travis was attentive, took his time with our questions and requests all the while being genuinely personable. Our courses arrived beautifully timed with perfect temperatures and the presentation was decant! (Full disclosure, we dug in before photos...they were presented better than we could put back together!)
What a wonderful experience!
Thank you Steven and Chef, you must be very proud of your team!

Stop serving pizza if you don’t know how to make one!
I ordered one because I thought you can’t go wrong with pizza — but you guys proved me wrong. $28 for a piece of dough with eight slices of pepperoni. Super dry. I couldn’t taste any cheese or any of the other ingredients listed on the menu.
The only reason I ate three quarters of it was because I wanted to eat together with my family, and we were starving after driving 1000 km.
After I told them it was horrible, they gave me a 20% discount on the pizza. Wow …
And by the way 10.5$ for a big sparkling water…

My husband and I had a delicious steak dinner here while were staying at the hotel. Service was great and the atmosphere was perfect for settling down after a day of hiking. We also enjoyed the dark sky reserve theme espresso martini they had 😊

We had the pleasure of being served by Travis. We each shared the arrinicini for a starter and loved it. The new winter menu was simply exquisite and the atmosphere delightful after an afternoon of hiking. Will definitely be back!

Was very hesitant to eat here as I have an allergy to cheese and mushrooms. The waitress was phenomenal and worked with me until I had a meal I could eat. She also kept checking with the chef to make sure nothing had cheese in it. So although it’s not on the menu, my salmon was perfect and the marinara sauce on the spaghetti was very tasty. My aunt who died with me had the tomato soup and the focaccia and her experience was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in Jasper Canada.
