We were staying at the Lobstick Lodge next door and ate at the Silverwater Grill both nights. First night was really busy and we had to wait 10 minutes or so to be seated. We had a simple salad for an evening meal and it was really tasty and good value. The second night was much quieter and we had a really nice meal of salmon with salad and tortellini.
My mom and I came here for breakfast. I had the salmon bagel which was impeccable - that lemon sauce was amazing! My mom had the eggs Benedict and also felt the same. We’re definitely coming back!
A few years ago I had dined at the Chateau Jasper restaurant and loved it, but they have since changed the menu and it was not as enjoyable as before. The atmosphere is nice. They were playing an unusual collection of songs that I had never heard in a different language (maybe Ukrainian?). The salad with salmon was very oily. I could not finish it and it was about $27.
