TERRIBLE!!First, lack of training. We kept repeating our orders and they don’t know what is an Iced Doppio Expresso or 2 shots expresso means. At the end, our order got messed up. As a former Starbucks partner for years, I don’t think I know how to make the drink by looking at the receipt and the cup as well.Second, bad customer service. They blamed us for ordering the wrong foods and told us “these are what you ordered. Take it!”. We patiently explained and they showed attitude and then came back saying the one we ordered was sold out ( felt like they just didn’t want to make it right as the sign didn’t say our food has been sold out).We know that this is a tourist place and there is always crowded. However, everyone is waiting patiently. We paid higher price as compared to a normal Starbucks coffee shop and I don’t think customers are deserved to receive any bad services and experiences like this. Especially in a famous tourist place under Starbucks brand name.
