Summit Restaurant offers a breathtaking view, but the food, drinks, and service fall short of expectations. The prices are on the higher end, comparable to established restaurants. While the barista Katie provided excellent service, the overall dining experience was mixed, with some guests feeling neglected. The caramel lattes and apple pie were a pleasant surprise, and the dinner included in an excursion was delicious, with great service and a wonderful window view, despite the slightly foggy weather.
