This place has nice views, but that was about it. All but one of the service staff was very rude. Also my wife and I ordered the 7 oz. steak medium rare, but we got them both too red. We wanted to complain, but there were only three service staff working the floor in a packed dining room. I'll be thinking twice before I come here again unfortunately.

Not worth it. Save your money folks and eat somewhere at Jasper that will worth of your money. The Restaurant is dirty , servers don’t bother to clean the floor from the food crumbs at all. We had crispy chicken sandwich with fries for $26 on the menu. No taste at all, extremely dry chicken and I think they didn’t change the oil for a long time as the chicken shell is very dark brown. Forget about the service here . They will not check on you . I get it the price of the sandwich that high due to their location however cmon now!! They need to make it worth it !! The only thing that good here is the view but you will have better view from the outside.

The views are incredible and all, but the food is absolute worst. It's not even about the prices which are high themselves (18$ for a gas station sandwich), but the taste is horrible. Too much vinegar, pepper in basically every meal. We had sandwich, soup and salad, and I have nothing good to say about any of them.
Come here to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee, but do NOT order food!

Food is pretty good and they have vegan options that are good!!!! Cool view and we had fun.
There was no wait in being seated even if the Cafe was crowded but our hamburger and panini took forever to be served.
Their panini was a sourdough bread that was pressed and not a panini. Their hot chocolate with cream was hot and perfect to warm up visitors from the freezing wind outside.

I am giving one star based on my yesterday’s experience. We ordered food there about 4pm. We order food and drinks. Although, we got drinks right away, but our food took forever. We went to desk and said how long it will take. They said its almost ready. Next thing we saw our food was delivered to wrong table and some have bite from those plates and then she approached them and said sorry its not your food and did you guys ate this and they said no. She took that food back just as we can see they just throwed that bunn and replaced with new one in the same plate. Is that acceptable in the restaurant which have 4.2 rating. I get it people make mistakes, but instead of making them correct. You guys didn’t suppose to cut corners. Not recommended to anyone. I can suppose they are doing that from long ago. Not going ever again. As we confront them they said they made mistake and cooking us new food which was a lie. Guys stop doing this!!!!!!!
