Terra offers a pleasant dining experience with inventive, colorful, and delicious plates. Walk-ins are welcome, and the server and food service are commendable, providing good treatment to guests. Dishes like the salmon, perfectly cooked with crisp skin, and the Three Sisters chicken, known for being tender and flavorful, are must-tries. The red lentil tofu is also a delicious option. The Canadian Angus Beef Share Board and the bison grits remain highlights, exceptionally delicious and perfectly cooked. The bruschetta and beef speducci are excellent choices for starters, with house-made sausage being tasty as well. The bar service is impressive, featuring a nice variety of zero proof cocktails, with servers providing great recommendations and professional service. The menu selections are excellent, and the team at Terra is friendly and attentive, making it a place worth visiting again. The atmosphere is relaxed and energetic but not distracting, perfect for enjoying the meal. The dining room has an open concept with lots of room, although it is open to the main door of the hotel, which can be somewhat distracting. Prices are very fair, and the portion sizes are generous.
