Great dining experience. Well prepared dishes. A very Alberta/Alpine menu. The staff were professional and courteous. The only slight negative was that the dishes/ glasses started piling up while the next course had already arrived.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Tarra Restaurant in Jasper. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating such a warm and festive atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing — we had the duck, and it was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Our server was excellent as well: attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Everything from the ambiance to the service and food was outstanding. We had a wonderful dining experience at Tarra Restaurant in Jasper. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating such a warm and festive atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing — we had the duck, and it was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. We came to Terra for Christmas Day dinner and it was a wonderful experience. The ambience was calm and quiet which was lovely for the holiday. We didn't feel rushed at all and the courses were well staggered. The food was delicious. Our server Hayden in particular is what made it a great experience. He was friendly, had a great sense of humour, and checked in on us often to make sure we were happy. Thank you Hayden!

Ondra made us both a fantastic pair of Latte’s, and Terri made us all an amazing breakfast, the smashed potatoes were next level, and the daughters breakfast sandwich had the crispiest bacon and declares it “really yummy!” I also would like to declare that the Canadians know how to cook eggs! 😂 would also like to mention that the boss was all too accommodating and cooked our breakfast right as the menu was about to expire, and assured us it was no bother. Thanks guys!
Had a wonderful dinner experience at Terra! Food portions are generous but most importantly were cooked to perfection. Flavours were well balanced and the selection of craft ales was a plus. We had the poutine starter to share, steak and salmon for mains, and mini chocolate pot and earl grey lavender creme brûlée for desert. Also would like to thank Angela, our waitress who was very friendly and helpful with driving tips!

A fabulous little restaurant, which has lots of gluten-free and vegan options. We arrived at approximately 1700 hrs on a Tuesday. Not busy at all. Server was very friendly, and knowledgeable regarding celiac. Lots of celiac-friendly options on the menu. Had an old-fashioned, which was fabulous. We shared Poutine (separate fryer; I know, don’t occur very often. I thought my celiac wife was going to explode with excitement). A lovely meal with lovely staff in a lovely location.

We chose this restaurant because of gluten-free options (celiac). Ambiance was lovely. (although it was a Tuesday night and not busy). Server was very friendly and knowledgable regarding celiac. Food came out very fast. They have a separate fryer!! So the poutine was a big hit. Sausages were fantastic. They made me an old-fashioned, which was exceptional. Will definitely be back.

The menu is really interesting with a lot of vegetarian options. Unfortunately 2 of 3 hot dishes were only slightly above room temperature. If the food was hot I’m certain it would have been much better. The pasta that was heated was excellent and we were happy with our server.
