Server was horrible but that wasn't the biggest problem. The front of the restaurant staff do not work as a team, so no one was helping our horrible server. For example our cocktails sat at the bar undelivered for 15 minutes while other servers stood around doing nothing. One server actually moved them out of his way so he could pour waters for a new table. Speaking of water, I had to walk up to the bar and ask someone to fill our water glasses while they sat empty for 30 minutes. When I did this there were two servers and a host standing at the bar doing nothing. Server got our order wrong, and no apology. Server was cold and unwelcoming. It was clear whoever was managing the front was not very good at that. Food was good once the order was right, but the front was so badly run it eclipsed the qyality of the food. I will not eat here again.

Dining at Terra was a great experience. We had 2 appetizers, shared a main and a dessert. The food was tasty and well seasoned. The portion sizes were bigger but we got through them. The dining room was an "open" concept with lots of room. It is also open to the main door of the hotel which was somewhat distracting.

The restaurant was right adjacent to hotel reception. When we arrived, there was a group check in so it was a bit chaotic. Food was good however the service was average. We asked mustard but the waitress said she'll check but she never came back. When we asked again after 10 minutes wait, she said we don't have mustard. I told her that she should inform us, she seems surprised I commented that and walked away without apologising. The restaurant had only few tables occupied so she just wasn't a good service provider. We won't go back to Terra.

Relaxed atmosphere. Dinner was very good - we had the red lentil tofu and the Three Sisters chicken - and our server was attentive. They also offer a nice variety of zero proof cocktails

The staff was really friendly and attentive. For apptetizer we ordered the house-made saussage and it was really good and tasty. For main we ordered the cured duck breast and the forest and field penne with salmon and the flavour was amazing. We really recommend it.

A Friday night in late August and we were able to get a table! Stephan was very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Our meals were very good, with my steak being slightly overcooked (med rare vs rare). Started with a cheese plate to share and finished with a chocolate dessert that Stephan recommended. Prices were very fair.

Excellent food, though the cheesecake does have a hint of an aniseed. Waiter told us the food isn't necessarily foraged, but sourced from within 2 hours drive. Tofu dish was delicious and filling.

We grabbed breakfast at Terra on our way out of Jasper and I wish we had gone there earlier. The food was insanely good and so was the service. Highly recommend
