Jao was our server and he was simply perfect, providing exceptional service all around. The food was exquisite, a true symphony of flavour. The overall experience was magnificent as was our entire stay at the Jasper Park Lodge.
We were table of 2 and had an outstanding experience at Emerald. Our server, Carra , provided exceptional service attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the meal. The food was absolutely perfect, thanks to Chefs Tomas, Hayden,and Tal, who clearly put great care and skill into every dish. Everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. A truly memorable experience thank you to the entire team for making it special!
Everything was great, but we did not understand the need to play “club music” at lunch when the average age of the “Fairmont” clientele is 50/60 plus. We drove from the Fairmont in Lake Louise and had the same issue there. Just a suggestion to cater to the clientele who is staying with you and spending $$$$$ during their stays. Our club days are over. But service, food and restaurant were all good.
