not a very nice experience, we weren’t sure where we were going and asked an employee from the Fairmont Resort and he said it was for employees only, not for guests. i was just curious to why it has no markers on the site that it’s for staff only, not impressed!
-> the employee was a bald man working at the front desk, do not recommend, seemed very snooty.
