I went here for dinner on my first visit to Jasper after a long day of driving, exploring, and hiking. It was a warm day so we were looking forward to a good meal and a cold drink. As we entered, the hostess warned us that the AC not working. Being from Texas, we're not deterred by a little heat! The server was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quickly started us off with drinks to cool us down. The sweet & spicy margarita alone made the visit worthwhile, but the halibut with harissa cream sealed the deal. My wife had the steak and prawns, I helped a little, and it was equally delicious. We tried other restaurants while in Jasper, but none matched our experience at the Raven Bistro.

The best restaurant you can eat in Jasper. The food is really good (and a lot), the waitress are expecially attentive and friendly. Apart of that, as an extra, they attended us in Spanish too. Sincerelly, the bests.

This restaurant came highly recommended, and for very good reason. Our food was both delicious and unique.
I had the Three Pharaohs (beef tenderloin, schwarma chicken, and lamb cervapcici), and it was amazing. Each meat was perfectly portioned and the flavors were exceptional. I also had the white sangria, which was very refreshing and a perfect patio drink.
My family also had the seafood pot, falafel, brie, and the halibut—all winners in our book.
I would recommend getting reservations in advance, as it gets pretty busy, especially inside. Patio was nice but a little cramped.
We had a delicious dinner at Raven Bistro! One of our favorite meals in recent memory - we ordered the halloumi Buddha bowl/salad, 3 Pharrohs, limoncello tiramisu, virgin mojito, and a beer and it was all absolutely delightful. Each dish had a lovely combination of flavors and textures, service was friendly and quick, and the ambiance was charming. I would eat here again if we were staying another day in Jasper!

The Raven is our absolute favorite spot to eat when we come to Jasper. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are always incredible.
We had our rehearsal dinner here for our wedding, and they did an amazing job.
Highly suggest checking this place out when you are in town.

Perhaps we are influenced by previous reviews and the fact that we had higher expectations. We felt that it is over rated. I really liked the elk brisket with sweet potatoes. The schnitzel had no taste whatsoever outside of a lemon flavor. Really overcooked and very thin. The chicken wings have a special taste that some might like. We did not fully enjoy them. The salad was really average.

By far one of my favorites restaurants in Jasper. We came for the weekend and had to go twice. The lunch & dinner menu are exquisitely crafted to please every palate. Want to get the best bang for your buck, come at happy hour from 3 to 5:30pm, 5$ beers and half price wine. Had Pulled Elk Reuben which even my "vegetarian" girlfriend had to try because it looked so good; guess what, she enjoyed it! She had the Beet & Chickpea Burger and that was amazing as well.

The food was fine. But the service or lack thereof took away from our experience. We noticed that the server seated her friends after us. At the table next to us. We ordered before them, but they got their food before us. I had to remind her that we've been waiting for our food and the kids got really hungry waiting for their food. The server's attention was definitely more focused on her friends than us. Didn't even ask us if we wanted to order some drinks until we told her that we want to. The restaurant was mostly empty by the time we got our food at around 10pm. So not sure hwy it took so long for us to get our food. Definitely would not be back.
