The food was superb, tasty, adventurous and beautifully done. The service was perfect, we were seated at the bar and had the best service from Wendy. Unfortunately, I'm not from Jasper, otherwise, I would go there weekly for sure!!

Restaurant is small but cosy. Our waitress was lovely, very friendly with a relaxed attitude which made us feel at ease. Food was wonderful, my husband had the steak with prawns and the bread pudding which he thought were both very tasty and well cooked/presented. I had two vegan options, la pastille and the chocolate pecan tart. Both were excellent though the portion size of the main was a bit overwhelming. I greatly appreciated the effort to provide fantastic vegan options.

Lovely ambiance, fast and friendly service. We had the tuna crudo which was excellent and the bison short rib which my partner loved! I had the daily special of bison stew which was meaty and hearty though a bit peppery for my tastebuds- but I don't handle pepper well. It was delicious though.

Kristen did all she could to make us feel welcome and help us navigate the delicious choices on the menus The staff is as much a part of the atmosphere of the Raven as is the decor. We cannot recommend this place enough. It is a must go to when visiting Jasper.

We always visit this restaurant when we are in jasper, this is about our 6th time. The quality of the food is always excellent, we tried the schnitzel this time and it didn't disappoint. We tend to order the same thing as it's always so good, but ventured out. Not a huge expansive menu, but it definitely works as what you do works very well and brings us back time and time again, Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. Yesterday, we dined at [The Raven Bistro] and enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service from our polite waiter. However, our experience was marred by the host/staff at the entrance, he was quite rude and unwelcoming.
When we arrived, he asked if we had a reservation, and we inquired if it was necessary to book in advance. After he said no, we were told to enter but with a strict time limit🙄, which felt unfair and abrupt. It seemed like we were being treated unfairly, especially given that we weren't asking for a free meal.
We hope the management will take steps to educate their staff on the importance of providing equal and polite treatment to all customers, regardless of their colors. With some improvement in this area, we believe this restaurant could truly shine. For now, we'll give them 4 stars, hoping they'll address this issue.

After a long drive and a recommendation from our cabin stay, this is was the perfect meal! We ordered the nachos, wings, the Reuben and the Snitzel. Everything was delicious! I especially enjoyed the side salad!
