The Raven Bistro was truly the most perfect place to celebrate such a special night. After getting engaged, I couldn’t have asked for a better dinner experience to soak it all in. From the second we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, intimate, and so thoughtfully curated — romantic without trying too hard.
Our server, Shelby, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely made us feel celebrated. You can tell she cares about what she does — everything was seamless, and her energy just elevated the whole evening. She made us feel so special.
The food was next-level. Every bite felt intentional and beautifully crafted — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. It wasn’t just dinner, it was an experience.

My wife Mindy and I went for Valentine's Day dinner. We're Jasper locals so not new to this business. That said, the food was exceptional service from Cheryl was on par with the food. Overall amazing experience. We'll be back as always.
Absolutely delicious and a great value for Happy Hour. We had mussels, Cajun Shrimp flatbread and a 1/2 price bottle of excellent wine for under $70. Our server (Webby) was amazing and very knowledgeable about the wine.

Dinner at the Raven was wonderful. We didn’t make a reservation so we sat at the bar which was comfortable and quiet. The bartender was lovely, attentive and informative. We got the halibut with harissa coconut cream sauce which as she described was delicate and so so tasty. And also got the Bison short ribs which were fall off the bone, delicious broccolini and truffle mashed potatoes. We will come back again!
