We went for our anniversary. I had the beef tenderloin with prawns and it's easily the best steak I've ever eaten - cooked to perfection, flavoursome and perfectly seasoned. Sublime! My husband had the bison ribs which were also excellent. Compliments to the chef! The service was superb - friendly, relaxed and attentive. Best to book - it was very busy, and rightly so! I would highly recommend.
Quaint restaurant... Cool vibes! Great food and service! Really enjoyed the seafood hot pot! It warmed me up and filled me up after a cold, windy, wet day on the glacier at Columbia Icefields.
Kate took excellent care of us, provided fabulous menu recommendations, and shared her love of all things Jasper with us. We were warmed by her attentive service. The Raven Bistro is very special.
