The buffet was okay, but nothing special, it was convenient. Service was not that great. Coffee was gross and there was no cream or milk available (even after being asked if I'd like cream for my coffee). Server rushed us at the end because the buffet was closing, we weren't told it was closing either, or we wouldn't have gone up for seconds. She was also a bit rude and awkward.

We stayed 2 nights in a room with a view of the atrium. Staff was very friendly.
This room had no lighting option, it overlooked the indoor swimming pool.
It was very hot and putting on air conditioning was not an option. It made a deafening noise. The room was very dark.
Furthermore, we did not use the services.

The food is not very good, even off of the menu. The pancakes came with the syrup already applied. I never seen this at any restaurant in the world. You’re supposed to pour your own syrup. That way you choose the amount you prefer. With the syrup already applied, they were soggy and gross. How can you mess up pancakes? The service was friendly.

Scrambled eggs from the buffet were disgusting. Tasted/smelled like rotten egg or fish. Coffee was never refilled and I ended up having juice after asking twice. Staff is nice and so is the place but not the greatest way to start the day :(

I couldn’t force myself to eat the scrambled eggs from the buffet as they smelled weird and had a very bland taste. Decided to leave my plate behind and start my day with no breakfast.

Buffet is not worth $22.00.They have no idea how to cook eggs when you order off the regular menu. The waiters are pretty good and they are personable. Not the best food.

Waitress never came so we then tried breakfast buffet … took one bite of eggs and it was like eating tasteless rubber so we had to leave our full plates behind….awful service

Bad buffet and overpriced.Unfortunately, the “plants” are all made of plastic. We sat in the next room where the ceiling ventilation hummed the whole time.

My wife and I stayed at the Forest Park for a weekend away in the mountains. The hotel itself was nice and I’ve done another review for the hotel, but this was specific ti the restaurant as I felt it needed its very own review. The food: it was delightful. We had the brioche French toast and and forest park one time. Excellent all around. The coffee cups were always kept full, which is my benchmark for a great breakfast restaurant. The service: Our server Sherill, was awesome. She was efficient and made great recommendations and overall was a delight. As well, even though we are from Edmonton which is not far from Jasper, we still like to get tips from the locals on places to visit or sights to see. The Manager Paul proved to be an excellent resource not only for some really great things to do in and around Jasper but also made some solid restaurant recommendations. This is a good guy to know. The staff overall had a tough job with all the big tours of demanding tourists, but they handled it all quite well and still made sure we had what we needed. Kudos to the restaurant and kitchen staff for keeping it all together in what we observed was a stressful breakfast rush. Overall a five star breakfast. Keep up the good work!

Worst place ever to have breakfast. We were there late morning when it was not busy. We waited a long time to be seated. I had to flag down a server and she said to grab menus and seat ourselves. Then the server comes, takes our order and never returns with our coffee. Again I flag down a different server and she brings our coffee at the same time our breakfast comes. We then have to ask for cutlery. Our eggs were disgusting and by then we were so frustrated with the whole experience that we just got up and left. The server notified the manager who came to see me. I explained to him everything that we experienced from beginning to end and that we would be going elsewhere for breakfast. He replied, " Well enjoy!" I was so mad that I went to the front desk to express how appald I was at the manager's incompetence...A while later I received a call from the hotel manager who credited us $50 towards our stay. That was appreciated.

We never tried the food, waited so long that we left the place, and it was not crowded. The waiters was there, just not helping people, others left as well

Great restaurant in the hotel we stayed at. Tasty buffet and coffee. Shout out to Steve our waiter for the 10/10 customer service!

Understaffed for the large volumes of tour busses and normal customers. The waiters and waitresses were pleasant and efficient. One exception was the morning manager “Paul with plaid shirt “ who was overbearing and rude to the staff and customers alike.

Food was terrible. Paid $22 for buffet but stopped eating after a few bites. Server was friendly but not helpful. Atmosphere was nice. Go down the street and eat somewhere
